Hotel, staff, rooms, food…. All 10 stars. Hotel managers across the world should look at how this crew does it… everything was perfect!

Excellent location with plenty of parking. Limited menu but the 4 meals we ate were all 5*. Excellent inclusive breakfast. All staff very polite.

Great for an overnight stay. In the evening we walked a couple of minutes to the Old Town Square, where there was ice cream shop, plus a great 'Polska Kuchnia' (little Polish restaurant on the middle of the square across from the government building) and another little place that had great desserts to the left for a late wonderful evening. Park across from the hotel for a minute and walk across to the hotel lobby for garage parking instructions. The hotel is on a busy street by the bridge.

The location was perfect for our travels and the secure parking was a bonus. Could do with a small fridge for milk and fresh cups but not a deal breaker

Luckily we were able to find parking in a little close by parking lot. Never enough parking for Hotels in town, and this can be extremely difficult when your spouse is mobility impaired!

Great stay, very clean room and bathroom, comfortable beds, excellent buffet breakfast included. Quiet and safe area, close to the main square with several restaurants, a convenience store, and a pharmacy nearby. Just a four-minute drive from the Auschwitz-Birkenau Memorial and Museum. I highly recommend it.

Very nice hotel and staff very friendly and helpful and clean! We were close to the visit to the camps.

Our stay was very nice and the staffs make it much nicer for us The beds was so comfortable and the room was very clean and spacious
