Lynne and steve were very friendly and helpful they provide an excellent service without being intrusive. The food was excellent always hot and plentiful. They could not do enough for your comfort. Will definitely be going back

Liked · Loverly warm welcome on arrival, hosts very helpful and attentive great Size room everything you require. Thought if everything Very clean , warm , daily up keep by hosts ( free parking happy dayz ) 3 minutes walk from most amenities, amusements , restaurants for all appetites & budget , 5 minutes walk to the beach , 7 minutes from harbour absolute prime location. You won't be disappointed with your stay

We had a fantastic stay at the Barclay guest house. Steve & Lynn are a friendly couple who we spent time with chatting in the garden area where it was very relaxing. The room we stayed in was very comfortable and quiet. Decor superb. I would highly recommend staying here as its also close to the beach and shops. We loved our stay.

We had a lovely stay here. The room was spotless and the beds were comfy. The breakfast was a full English which was lovely, there was also cereals, yoghurts etc. The location is great too, really close to the beach, pier, shops, bars and restaurants. Steve & Lyn made us very welcome and the parking was easy too, Definitely recommend

Very clean and very well presented Guest house. The host Kirsty was very friendly and inviting and catered for all me and my family needs. The breakfast is very tasty too. I definitely will visit again and I will definitely recommend to my friends too.

We received an amazingly warm welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was perfect and the location amazing. The quality of the en-suite was fab and it was the little things like lots of power points, great WiFi even our Teenage Boys thought it was perfect. We even had a personalised welcome sign in our room and home made pieces of fudge with a thank you for staying note attached. Sometimes it those little things that make a massive difference. A big thank you to Kirsty for making us feel at home
