Great location to be near all hospitals. It was clean and very equipped. The only big inconvenience to us was the fact there are no TVs in the rooms. When you have just left the hospital and have to lay down, you want to be in your bed not on a sofa in the living room.

The property was clean and in good condition. Parking was OK overall, it was a good stay. However, there were a couple of items that should be noted. One minor nuisance was that there were ants in the bathroom and in the living room. The second issue was the bathtub. It was a garden tub style and somewhat difficult to get into if you have mobility issues. Also, the water did not drain well at all for the shower. Cleanliness was good, the bed was very comfortable, and overall it was good.

The carpet in the main bedroom needs to be replaced or at the least deep cleaned. Only half the light bulbs worked in main bathroom over sinks. The bedside lamp light bulb was out too. Very difficult for older people to figure how to keys to room and how to use to get around rooms and parking garage. Not enough comfortable places 4 people to set and watch tv. Did not enjoy only streaminng service TV. Very disappointed there were no tv in bedrooms. Only 1 in the whole place.

We have stayed here many times so that I can complete my cancer journey. Always nice. Great amenities. Feels like home away from home.

Very Clean And Spacious Room.

No lighting in dining nor living area. Broken aqua massage and broken heater in hot tub. Difficult entering the garage. Parking was a difficult, long drive up 6 floors. Coffee maker in lobby didn’t work. Quick and attentive with responses.

Checkin process is not so easy

We loved our unit except for the peeling cupboards in the kitchen. Feel like this could have been fixed before we arrived. The corner units have great windows and a wonderful view. Really disappointed that the hot tub was not hot. This is our second time staying here and there is always something wrong/not working in the pool area.

Poor parking options. Not clearly explained.

Fantastic place if you’re going to MD Anderson

Worst check in instructions I have ever been given. Took me almost an hour to find the keys and figure out where to park. Other than that the place was ok. Bed was not comfortable at all but the gym was really nice.

Was clean and comfortable. Parking was convenient. Washer and dryer in unit.

Great experience just wish they gave me the opportunity to check in early. They offer it yet I was denied and had to wait until 4pm to check in.

Everything was good but inside the washer machine swirl part was dirty and the towels had stains on them and there was a smell in the place almost the entire trip but other than it was good . The bed also couldve been more comfortable. I think that was my first experiencing a type bed lol there was so no spring to it .

Convenient to Med Centers, Hermann Park and Houston’s Zoo

It’s good for a family short stay, there are washer and dryer, that really help us.

Only thing I didn’t like is that they charge you for parking and you’re staying on the property.

I stayed here for an extended medical trip and it was perfect. I really appreciated the privacy, comfort, and convenience. Not too mention the beautiful pool.

Great, great little apartment super close to MD Anderson. The only thing is the scents/fragrance were super strong in the lobby.

The property was overall great. The inability to get things quick and easy is a downfall. Our bathroom didn’t have cold water and the plumbing in the shower was loose and rickety.
