Overall, it was an OK stay. I wouldn’t stay more than one night. the air-conditioning isn’t a true air-conditioning, it’s clearly controlled by the hotel, and not turned on at certain times as everyone in my group had the same issues with the room and the AC. Right on 12 o’clock check out they called without one minute to spare, which just made the whole interaction of the hotel feel robotic. Other major issue with the hotel is that no Uber nor bolt will pick up from the location. The hotel could use a little bit of paint and dusting as well in the hallways.

STUPIDLY EXPENSIVE BUT NICE HOTEL VERY OVERPRICED

Great location for watching a match at Groupama Stadium. My only complaint is that the restaurant was closed and the bar only had pizzas. In that location, I didn’t have many options for food, so that was disappointing. Breakfast was great when the restaurant re-opened the next day.

The staff at the Kopster are very friendly and welcoming. Stayed here for the Arsenal Women against Lyon game at the stadium, so its super convenient for that location. Theres a few restaurants nearby but thats about it. Will definitely stay here again if going to an wvent at the stadium or arena. Room was great, i couldnt fault anything about my stay!

Staff were very accommodating and allowed my client to leave bags behind the desk, check in early and booked them an early morning car transfer. The room was spacious and clean, but could’ve benefitted from a small fridge, milk for the coffee and stronger air con.

All customer service were excellent. Layout is brilliant. Very near to stadium.

Place and staff were amazing

Really nice small hotel, great for any event in the stadium just 2 min walking distance. Couple place to eat around and 25 min uber to the city. Recommended!!!

I was surprised that they didn’t clean nor change towels during the stays without consent, but otherwise it was great.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We came for the Olympics and expected to hear outside crowds and other noise, but we were surprised by how quiet our room was. Another plus is a walkable distance to the Lyon stadium, so if you are coming for the game, it’s a place to be. Breakfast was good, but dinner wasn’t that great, and it was on the pricier side. We had to wait for our drinks and food to arrive for quite some time, but it didn't ruin the overall experience.

We chose this hotel because it was next door to the Groupama stadium where we were going to watch the Olympic football. It is indeed very convenient for the stadium, but is also a very good hotel in and of itself. Our twin room (double bed plus sofa bed) was clean and comfortable. The staff were excellent. The food was very good. My only small gripe would be that the cooked breakfast items were lukewarm, so I didn’t eat much of it. I went for the pastries, cold cuts and cheese instead. But overall, a lovely experience.

They need more space and change the bed and others

Staff was helpful and polite. We were there for a concert. The breakfast buffet was great and convenient. Not a lot of dining or activities around the hotel aside from the stadium, but a fairly easy drive to city center.

Great location near the stadium. Lots of treats in our room. A fun time gor the concert.

If you are going to an event at groupoma stadium this is the only option, in my opinion. It was so nice being able to leave the venue and walk in and buy a pizza and drink before going up to my room. Also the rooms are spacious and they had a great welcome gift! Thank you!

Beautiful hotel with great staff! Super helpful and loved that we were there for the Taylor Swift concert and they were playing her in the lobby while also leaving goodies for us in the room! It was a perfect stay.
