A super relaxing hotel and exceptional friendly staff

The check in was simple and the gentleman was friendly and kind. The room was spacious and clean.

Clean and well located for a stay before our cruise

Very nice hotel. Booked the double king bed room and enjoyed the space. The entrance faces a small playground and there are a few neighborhood shops around. Bus and metro stations are easily accessible too.

The property is in an apartment building, only 13 rooms in total, located in the first level, it is not a full service desk, only few hours. rooms did not have face cloth, or Kleenex tissues. mattress is one foam mattress, not comfortable at all.. i would not recommend the stay...

The breakfast they offer is a coupon that you redeem across the street in a coffee shop for coffee juice and a pastry. On the Expedia website breakfast is offered for a charge. They don’t mention Saturday's,Sunday’s and holiday it starts at 9.30 am. If you stay there and have a early flight don’t count on having breakfast.

As a sustainable property, I am happy to see the efforts to make my stay with as low a carbon footprint as possible.

Orbitz advertised this as a 4 star property but upon arrival the building/ entrance identified the property as a 3 star (it was very evident) this is false advertising. All this been said I really can’t complain about cleanliness or size of room and I did enjoy my short one night stay.

Pros: - Clean rooms which were nice. - Fairly comfy bed Cons: - Noisy pipes made noises throughout the night which were disturbing. Not normal noises. - They started operating a Mitre Saw in the morning and were pulling skirting board at around 9am which was loud. It woke us up. This should be done during the day not in the evening or morning. Photo shows the work going on in the hallway The place will be a good budget stay once renovated but the renovations and pipe noises let it down

Limited hot water supply. No shower curtain. We had water turning cold in the middle of shower twice.

Clean and quiet

The only thing with the room is that the shower walls are made of glass and we were there with our teenage son and it was a little uncomfortable to bathe. The toilet door is also made of glass and it didn't close properly and the smells came out.

We only stayed at the hotel for one night but the experience was great! We were looking for a hotel close by to the airport since we had to catch a flight the next day and the check-in process and check out was super easy. The staff was super friendly. We really appreciated all of her help. She even offered to hold our bags for us since we had a later flight and check out was early so we really appreciated that. The only reason I’m giving them a 4-star is because we didn’t have Wi-Fi throughout the night which was disappointing. We couldn’t watch anything on the smart tv and our phone service was pretty bad since we came from out of the country. Overall, the experience was nice and we appreciated the staff kindness towards us.

Nice clean hotel with all the amenities

La "ama de llaves" es carente de trato al cliente y tacto para solicitar. Estuvimos mi esposa y yo 2 días consecutivos, sin embargo para cada día hice 2 reservaciones diferentes e independientes (por tema de logística al planear nuestro viaje), el día 1 fue una habitación sencilla, el día 2 fue una habitación doble, haríamos cambio de habitación después del check out del día 1, la "ama de llaves" obligó a mi esposa a cambiarse de habitación horas antes del check out, mi esposa no estaba lista y yo no estaba, sin embargo no importó y se obligó al cambio aún y cuando se le solicitó que yo estuviera para trasladar equipaje y para que mi esposa estuviera lista, creo una petición razonable. Es un excelente lugar y el personal es muy bueno y amable especialmente el chico de recepción. Solo tengo observación sobre la persona en comento que opaca el buen trabajo del equipo.

clean, near Feria convention however its really not like a regular hotel. Room needed trash can and more closet space. In general it was fine. walking distance to restaurants, convention center and metro

It’s a nice area but far away from most of the areas you want to visit. I could have researched other locations closer that may have been cheaper in price.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and the cleaning lady was beyond sweet and always asked us if we needed anything. There was acess to free coffee and cold water which was needed as it was very hot. The receptionist were extremely sweet and helpful. It was very quiet at all times and didn’t have to worry about any noise l. The location was perfect. Local shops and supermarkets literally outside and many local parks for walks. Fully air conditioned and very modern nice room
