The room was clean and comfortable. The communication was great and they allowed us to leave the bags in a secure place before the check in because we had an early arrival. The location of the apartment is in quiet, secure and walkable area and restaurants with international and local foods. Staff ( Veronica and Mille )were very helpful and friendly.

The room was very pristine as well as the entire building. The location was excellent, located near shops and restaurants. Building inside was quiet. All the amenities were functional.

Clean room, easy check-in and good location

From the moment we arrived we knew we had chosen a fantastic accomodation. The location was brilliant, lots of bars and restaurants locally , close to the centre and not too far a stroll from the river. The room was perfect, clean and modern fittings. The view of the river was lovely too. Veronica was so helpful and communication was spot on.

Beautiful room with beautiful view of the river, just like on the picture. Great location as well, about 10-15 minutes walk to most attractions. The host was great at communication. The only thing is initially we were charged the wrong amount for the city tax, which was confusing why that happened . Make sure to double check how many euros per person a day for the city tax.

Communication with the host was easy. The accommodations were well-appointed with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. In the cleanest and most modern way possible, the apartment has old-world charm. I do wish the check-in could have been electronic. I was uncomfortable with leaving my Passport info on a form in the apartment. (I realize there was a website to leave that info. It was not really user-friendly.) Aside from that, the location was fun and central to everything happening in Porto. It's a great stay in Porto.

Virtudes City Lofts is a lovely and newly renovated property from old building. We rent a standard room with full kitchen and a small balcony where you can sit for a cup of coffee, drink a glass of wine and have meals. The room is small but functional enough for couples staying there. The room is clean, comfortable and elegant decorated. The air conditioning worked well.

Clean room, firm mattress. Fridge has mini-bar items for sale but enough room to store some of your own food. Microwave+2 burner stovetop, kettle. Great location: neighbourhood bars, breakfast cafe's, mini-grocery stores, close walk to the Duoro or other attractions (hilly of course). Room fairly small. Bathroom very crowded: a 5'8" person had knees fully crammed against sink cabinet on toilet; anyone taller would need to sit at an angle. Check in extremely disorganized: property emailed us warning no one might be at desk so we emailed back our arrival time but never received an access code. On arrival, we had to wait outside for cleaning staff to let us in after phoning the property's number. No idea what would have happened if we had arrived 10 minutes later after cleaning staff had left (2pm weekends/4pm weekdays). Required to pay room tax in cash (no cc) on arrival (this has happened at other Portug. hotels).

The location is perfect and such a charming area. The unit is clean and fresh. The only issue was that our code did not work at check in and we had to wait for 1/2 hour at the unit after a full day of travelling for the host to get back to us with the correct check in information. Otherwise everything was great.

Very nice room in central location between old town and downtown Porto. Almost everything is within 10 minute walk. The rooms are more was newly renovated but has no elevator.

Everything was as described and we loved the location. Veronica was very kind with any questions . Would definitely recommend to friends and family. A wonderful 2 night stay in Porto

Great sized room. Comfortable bed. Great location.

Property was nice. A suite. With enough stuff to have simple meals. Microwave, dishwasher. It was roomy enough for 2 people. Only fault was 45 stairs to are suite, if your packing suitcases up them it’s could hard to do for some people.

방은 크지는 않지만 그래도 두 명이 쓰기에 적절한 사이즈였고 깨끗했습니다. 인덕션 2구에 작은 냉장고 그리고 저녁에 와인을 한 잔 할 수 있는 작은 2인용 테이블에 레드 와인 한 병도 무료로 제공되어서 좋았습니다. 에어컨 잘 작동했고 충분히 시원했습니다. 침대가 편해서 푹 잘 수 있었고 주변 소음도 전혀 들리지 않았습니다.

Apartment is spacious and very clean with modern bathroom Location is ideal in the old town; easy walking distance to any of The major sites/ churches/ restaurants. Verionica was an amazing host who communicated quickly via WhatsApp and accommodated bag storage and check in. Items in apartment are available for purchase if needed (water, coke, beer). One of the best traditional Portuguese restaurants is located just next door ( Tabera sto Antonio) and many bar/ eateries around the corner. I highly recommend this property.

This is a great studio apartment with lots of charm. It was very clean and the location is excellent. We recommend staying here and would not hesitate to book it again.

From the very beginning, Verónica was proactively communicating with us regarding our stay. On the day we arrived, we were early due to a rescheduled flight. When we reached out, Verónica quickly arranged an early check in for us. The location is FANTASTIC! Everything we want to see, and more, was within an easy - discounting the hills - stroll through Porto’s historic centre. Additionally, there is a string of Tapas Bars around the corner with an amazing view of the sunset, as well as the Torreão Restaurante across the street with stunning views of the Douro River. We will definitely book another stay on our next trip to Porto.

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful studio apartment. It was very clean, well equipped, easy check-in, and we loved the location. We would recommend it and would not hesitate to stay here again.

Our room is above a popular local restaurant. Very noisy till after 12am.. can’t sleep before then. Room is big and clean. Staff is very nice.
