Very bad and unprofessional service. The door lock broken, AC not working, quality of room emnities Are bad

Our stay was just amazing within budget. Decorated with arts & crafts well demonstrated the local culture of Sreemangal. Attendants were very much helpful and well responding to any needs and queries. Thumbs-up!

Fantastic experience. Tapas, the owner, is very friendly and knowledgeable. He also offers great excursions around the area!
