Didnt get the room we expected when booking online....the breakfast was satisfactory and so was the evening meal....

Great stay overall! The hotel and room were clean and comfortable, and the location is excellent. The front desk staff were very helpful and welcoming, and the breakfast was really good with plenty of options. The only downside was the evening restaurant service, which could definitely be improved.

The first room was needed on the ground floor and the staff where very helpful the only room available was small but we where given a bigger one next day not very warm needed to ask for heating to be put on no hot water because no heating so we couldn't have shower stopper broke on sink but staff are lovely

Breakfast was 8:30 and I was leaving early to catch ferry!! Room very cold but radiator had been switched off, once turned on the room heated up nicely. Fish and chips were delicious.

I just loved this hotel the friendliness of the welcome from staff, the food both dinner and breakfast and the location. I only stayed one night along the WAW trip but would stay again for sure and will recommend to friends.

Quite basic but comfortable hotel. My room was quite close to the road which wasn't ideal for a light sleeper. Didn't have the breakfast as I had to rush off. Generally good value.

No hot water , wifi not working , very noisy ! Not a restful stay ! Food was mediocre ! STAFF ARE GREAT but the general standard of the hotel is 2 star !

Interior needs updating

We had such a lovely stay here. All the staff were so warm and friendly, it’s a great wee spot!
