Wonderful concierge

The hotel was pretty quiet place. The pool and hot tubs over see the view. It’s was in incredible. The staff was very polite and welcoming. I will visit here.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for our first 2 nights in Puerto Rico, and we had the most amazing time! We splurged on the panoramic balcony overlooking the lagoon and it did not disappoint. The food at the rooftop restaurant was incredible, and the pool/hot tub were so luxurious. The hotel was very quiet (possibly because it was a Sunday/Monday), but we felt very taken care of by the staff. The room was gorgeous, one of the nicest hotels we've ever stayed at. The Valet parking was easy and convenient as well. I highly recommend staying here!

Room was smaller than expected. Room also had a smell in it as soon as we walked in. Walls had a little bit of mold on it. It was not worth what I paid for. Staff was very nice. I loved the area because we had a lot of restaurants around us. Very disappointed in the hotel

Good vibes and excellent service

We stayed 4 days and 3 nights, staff was amazing and accomodating, staff held our luggage at no charge before check in and after checkout... Photos made hotel appear to be bigger than it was but this was not a deal breaker. Rooftop hot tub was great, pool was small and awkwardly shapped. Biggest negative was the room upkeep. Hair was found on the shower wall, they never offered to clean room or replace towels unless requested. Shower door did not stay closed and bathroom door did not close properly. Overall i will stay again and recommend this property solely on how they treat their guest.

The entire hotel was unique and beautiful . I loved literally everything about the hotel . I will be staying here again when i visit again !!!

This property was as beautiful as the pictures. The customer service was impeccable from the moment I walked through the door. The room was breath taking. The brunch was even AMAZING! I will definitely be retuning.

I love my experience at the OLV. I stayed here for my birthday and it was a wonderful experience. Room was clean and i absolutely LOVED the bathroom. 10/10.

Was booked into interior room and I was not comfortable. I paid for upgrade but did not get any VIP benefits Kayla was great. Friendly and efficient

OLV 55 is a lovely property on a lagoon and 3 blocks from the beach - it has two restaurants that are run independently (cannot charge food to room). We found the beds comfy, service delightful and we have no complaints.

The bathroom doors were broken room service cleaning the room was not consistent. They didn’t bring clean towels daily like they said they would.

The property looked beautiful but we felt it could of been a bit cleaner

Service was top tier! Hospitality was impeccable. Food was delicious as well. I had an issue with the first room I was put in but the front desk agent Kritzy made sure I was able to switch over promptly, she was very kind and helpful. The valet driver Josue was very kind and went above and beyond each time we needed our vehicle parked or brought to us. We booked the brunch on a floating deck and it was so nice! My husband also booked me a happy birthday package the room was decorated with balloons chocolate covered strawberries, champagne and flowers! I truly enjoyed this hotel I would definitely recommend! My overall experience was great

The level with customer service, the staff provides to make you feel as if you were at home. Also, the pool and the rooftop is amazing

The hotel needs to be maintained better and the rooms dusted and deep cleaned. It’s a small hotel, small lobby and not many options to dine.
