The staff were friendly and enthusiastic, but the room service wasn't very good as it was only cleaned every four nights, the amenities were self-service but of good quality, they provided amazing sunscreen, and they had fans for the festival.

Japanese modern style room, great location easily within walking distance to Kawaramachi shopping district. Near subway station and also bus station to many spots in Kyoto. Hotel provides onsen which is good for relaxing after a full day of walking.

the hotel is very beautiful. Room is nice, beautiful view. Good location near subway station very easy transportation. And also near 7-11. Staff is friendly, I ask for recommended ramen restaurant and they try to find the best one for me. next year i'll go to Kyoto again and i'll definitely book this hotel again. best experience. thank you all staff. :)
