Jesus at reception was terrific and Welcoming. He told us how best to use our 2 days in Segovia. The apartment had all we needed. The terrace Was a plus and we keep the door and window open often! It was very quiet but close to the downtown historical sights! We couldn’t have stayed in a better location!

The staff were above and beyond helpful. Everything is walking distance and the room was very clean. Loved!

Central, friendly and comfortable

We thoroughly enjoyed our November 2024 stay at the Aralso hotel in Segovia. The front desk staff had so many great tips for touring the city. The apartment was clean, fully stocked, and very cute. Definitely we’d stay again!

Property is in great condition and very clean. It is near to all the sites, which can all be walked to easily.

Excellent hotel Staff was incredibly helpful in showing us how to get around Segovia It was our first night in Spain so we needed all the help available. Was sorry we had to leave after one night but we planned our trip in advance. By all means stay here if you are traveling to Segovia

Reception took the time to explain, in detail, the highlights of Segovia; this enabled us to make the most of our two-day stay. The Hotel is very well situated and very clean and comfortable.

Great little apartment in a central location. Had everything you'd need for a holiday stay. Lady on reception was super helpful on arrival telling us where to go and what to see. Easy journey from the train station into town by bus and a short walk from the bus stop to apartment.

This is a spectacular place. The kitchen has everything you need. The shower, tub and bathroom work great. It’s not fancy but it has a simple and impeccable comfort that I really appreciated- and the price is appropriate for the quality and tranquility it offers. The location is perfect and the staff are súper available and helpful!

My wife and I drove to town for a day not knowing much about what was all there, just mainly looking to go to the Alcazar. Picked this hotel because of the price and the reviews. Everything was just as described. Very nice place just of the road we drove in on. Off-street free public parking was very close. Check-in was easy. The gentleman spoke English was extremely helpful in helping us navigate the sites around town. He definitely got us to places we would have never found on our own. The rooms were a good size and very well kept up and clean. The bed was comfortable. I would stay again. Next time I will allow at least 2 full days to take in the sights of this amazing historic destination.

What an amazing hotel! Outstanding staff and great location—we even had a view of the aqueducts from our terrace! The staff gave us great recommendations for sights and dining. We had an wonderful stay in Segovia.

Very neat rooms, comfortable and sparkling clean. The staff was super helpful. We followed their recommendation for dinner and activities and we really enjoyed ourselves. The apartments are walking distance from the main attractions. Very convenient. Thanks!
