The front desk staff was amazing. She walked us outside to show us where to park and answered all our questions. We loved the restaurant for dinner. It is a bit noisy but it is on a busy street so it was expected. The shower had a few hairs in it that weren’t ours and the shower drain didn’t work well. However overall it was a great stay!

Friendly and helpful staff. However the room was pretty dated and in need of some paint. Beds were very hard. AC was not working when we got there but they were able to get it going after about an hour.

We stayed for a total of four nights at Hotel Liss. We were very pleased with everything about our stay at this hotel. The thing that probably stood out to us the most was the friendliness of the staff. We had several staff members go out of their way to be helpful, and they always made us feel very welcome. Our rooms were beautiful and comfortable. We enjoyed sitting out on the patio outside of the lobby in the morning. The breakfast was included with our room and there were excellent options. We tried different omelets, qofte (Albanian meatballs), and the rice pilaf with meat. All were excellent as was the coffee. We also ate dinner there and had a very good meal. The location of this hotel is excellent since it is in the center of Lezhe and it is easy to walk to many stores, restaurants, and activities. We enjoyed getting ice cream at Edi, a short walk from the hotel. We also had a wonderful time touring the Lezhe castle. This hotel felt like our home away from home during our stay, and the staff felt like new friends. We were sorry to leave, and if we ever get the opportunity to visit this beautiful country again we would stay at this hotel.

The staff at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The food at the restaurant was excellent and the restaurant staff were fantastic and the service again, was superb. I will definitely be going back.
