A case of making the best of whats encontered. Excellant attentive staff will accomodate requests for needed improvements, ie a river view if stipulated.

This is not a hotel for foreigners. A real struggle to communicate with the staff. It's a wannabe hotel, not a real hotel. If you are just looking for a place to sleep, okay stay here. Otherwise, don't. The neighborhood has No restaurants whatsoever.
