I have stayed this place about 3 yrs ago and it was much better condition than now. I stayed different room type than before but it was old and poor condition of the room.

Room was clean and well maintained daily. Provided breakfast was simple, but good. Location was conveniently next to city train station, allowing easy freedom of movement around Busan.

데스크는 인사도 없고, 매우 불친절 했습니다. 입실 전에 문은 왜 열어놓았는지 모르겠고, 방에도,욕실에도 곰팡이 냄새가 너무 지독해서 추운날씨였음에도 테라스 문을 열어놓아야 했습니다. 객실 컨디션도 아주 후진 모텔 수준이었는데 서울이었다면 투숙도 안하고 체크아웃 했을것 같습니다!!!!!

오후 4시반쯤 체크인했는데 방이 추웠어요. 리셉션에 물어보니 5시부터 보일러가 가동된디고. 방에서 온도조절히거나 보일러를 켜고 끌 수 있는 시스템은 아니었습니다. 조금 기다려 5시에 보일러커지고, 그 후 6시 정도부턴 방이 정말정말 따뜻했어요. 더울정도로. 그 다음날 아침 일찍 나가 일 마치고 4시쯤 돌아왔는데, 저를 기억하시고 ‘5시에 보일러켜진다고 그때까지만 불편하셔도 이해해달라’고 정중하게 말해주셔서 친절하고 감사했어요. 방은 저 앖는 동안 다 깨끗하게 청소, 정리 및 새로운 물품 구비되오 있어서 좋은 컨디션에서 하루 더 있을 수 있어 좋았습니다. 아침이 부실(?)하다는 평이 있었는데, 저는 아침 잘 안먹는 스타일이라 상관없었고. 아침에 1층 로비에서 컵라면 하나 커피한 잔 먹었는데 딱 좋았습니다. 디른 분들은 시리얼, 계란후라이, 토스트 드ㅛㅣ더군요. 모두 셀프서비스입니다.
