The first time we were given a room that had 90% of the furniture, chairs, plugs, water heaters, toilets, sink taps, shower hangers and bidets broken. The room leaked and the bathroom equipment, glasses, hangers, sandals, etc. were all one even though there were two people staying.
Then we asked to move rooms the next day. We were informed that there were no rooms and were offered a smoking room. Even though we had been informed from the beginning that it was a non-smoking room. Finally we were given a room that was originally a one bed downgraded to a twin bed which was cheaper and the room was a little narrower but worth staying in.
The food at the restaurant on Friday night was delicious and the price was also good.
The room had no soundproofing, the children and mothers in the front and side rooms could all be heard. Even the sound of the bells of other rooms could be heard.
