Bad: The room was clean, but ordinary; the TV remote didn't work, the toilet paper holder was broken, and the large window facing the outside was damaged and almost fell on my face. Good: comfortable bed, clean sheets,near restaurants, garibaldi, many things to do around the area, front desk people super cool..

Staff were amazing! Room was clean. Would appreciate a smaller fan to have in the bedroom while sleeping. Would recommend and come back!

It was ok - clean enough, good location. Place to leave luggage before/after check-in/out. Staff was friendly, though did not speak English (I don’t speak Spanish). Apartment building, so need to ring doorbell every time you enter. Didn’t have to wait - but what happens if the doorperson has to use the bathroom and has to be away from the door?

For the price and location, you really can’t beat this place. The internet is nonexistent and the front desk is little to no help. The couch was a bit torn up and sharp objects sticking through the cushion. That being said, it’s a one bedroom apartment in the middle of everything in central Mexico City. The kitchen was nice to have in order to not eat out every meal. Once inside the property (somewhat annoying they don’t give you a way to access the property but an attendant is usually there) it’s quiet and felt safe. The key to the room was extremely frustrating to use and took multiple tries to get into the apartment. Was not the cleanest place. We stayed for six nights and only got towels changed once and the bathroom was never cleaned. Overall was a okay place to stay.

The location was perfect . All major attractions were within walking and/or short drive distance. Plenty of local eating options around the hotel. All major transportation options are available with a 5 minute walk. The staff was friendly and helpful with any questions about food recommendations and attractions. Cons: housekeeping was not daily, sheets and towels were changed every 3 days. There is no Air Conditioning unit in room . However, they provided two portable fan units which helped beat summer heat . I will definitely recommend this place for someone traveling to city for first time.
