We spent three lovely nights here in September 2024 and loved it. The location is perfect … we were on the top floor and the elevator was very much appreciated. The staff are amazing and were of great help during our stay. The third floor panoramic terrace is a nice spot to watch sunsets and chill. 5 stars!

1 🌟 for location 1 🌟 for friendly staff 0 for cleanliness - hair from previous guests all over the bathroom 0 for comfort - the mattress was extremely uncomfortable and caused more pain than comfort. There was no way to control the temperature of the room.

I had to cancel at the last minute because of illness and they very graciously refunded my cost—I certainly plan to stay here in the future!

Good location between San Francesco n santa Chiara basilica.
