Love how it was a hostel, bar, restaurant all in one building. Was able to check in grabbed had some bite and a beer to relax after a long day. Was perfect.

Hostel was unclean. One staff member was nice but she left and another guy came in, he was very rude and disrespectful.

First time staying at a hostel and we very much enjoyed it!

Two nights in eastern Iceland - The layout was cleverly designed to accommodate different’classes’ of service - campers, dorm rooms and couples/families. The food was limited but excellent and the hosts were very kind and caring. There were programs in the bar / restaurant both nights but they ended well before bedtime and added to the fun. Highly recommended!

Safe, clean, looks as advertised. Worth the money for what we got, we would book again if in the area

This place is not clean. But it is okay for 1 night stay.

The hot water smelled like sulfur. It is connected to a bar so it was extremely loud. Wasn’t very clean. It was fine, but the price was pretty high for the quality.

Good place to sleep for a night. I wouldnt stay longer than one night as they are beocming "eco friendly" and require push button showers which is difficult with long hair to wash. Clean and friendly, reasonably priced.

Shared facilities were ample and nice. They had great activities available in the shared area. Quiet hours were a bit skewed (11p-9a). I liked that the bathrooms had towels for hand drying. I liked that the showers were one area and bathrooms were another. It was efficient. It was nice to have a kitchen to use. Staff was great. Everything was super clean. It was a fun, quirky place. Restaurant looked cool but we didn't eat there.

The staff was very friendly and explained the hostel’s procedures very well. I like that they are “very concerned with recycling” there, and even had a compost bin in the kitchen.

They were lovely! Clean facilities, super friendly and accommodating. Was a wonderful place to stay!

My check in was awesome! I loved that there was a cafe/bar attached to the hostel. After a long drive it was great to get something got to drink. The bed as the most comfortable I’ve slept on during my month long travel! Excellent place!

Room was spaces and clean with enough bunk beds for all of us. The shared lounge, bathrooms and kitchen was great for our travel needs.

Very good vibe staying there. Friendly staff, great location. There is a bar on site too. Would totally stay there again for sure!

I saw the Northern Lights!! I love how the guy in the reception looks exactly like a real viking!! I should have ask to take a picture together.

Loved thos hostel! First off thank you to the gentleman who upgraded us to a more comfortable room with a double and a bunk for our 4 yr old. Greatly apreciated. He also gave our son colouring books to play which was sweet. Kitchen was nice, common room very confortable, spacious and cool decor. There was kareoke in the bar beside us which played fun music. Beds were comfy and our son didn't want to leave! Thank you.
