hotel is nice but staff is rude and careless

Check-in took ages and we had to ask to be taken to our room. Check out was equally poor as they claimed we had added tips to our, but when they eventually found the receipt it wasnt our name/signature. Hotel itself is lovely but it needs a map handout as its huge and easy to get lost in. Room was one of the best we've stayed in, pool staff were very helpful, food was delicious with a wide choice available. The Thalasso Spa was a superb experience, highly recommended and good value. Not cheap but you get what you pay for.

Friendly staff

Amazing hotel, my favourite place to be. Outstanding staff, clean, delicious food, quiet and relaxing , stunning beach and area. I so appreciate the heated pool , so warm, my disabled son loved it as sea was too cool for him. We went at the end of october beginning of november and arrived 2 days earlier as the Manager contacted my daughter to inform us the pool was being heated. This was a god send as the hotel in hurghada we were staying at wouldnt heat their pool until mid november and my son refused to go in as it was freezing. He really knew what we liked from previous year and also upgraded our room. Honestly so thankful to him and all the excellent staff there, they re the very best .

Cascades is a lovely property in a great location. The staff are incredibly professional and helpful. I would highly recommend a stay here and be sure to use the Spa!

It was an amazing experience ,everything is perfect food,location, staff and the view of the hotel .

Doesn't worth the money we paid , you can stay at any other Resort with less money and more facilities. However, I booked all inclucive I had to sign invoice for everything I ordered which I found it annoying and the Lunch is not open buffet it few items you order from the restaurant and we tried pizza and the taste wasn't good.

Despite of its old hotel with furniture still you can find the quality in bed mattresses , hotel location ,golf activities and specially the spa centre services.

Breathtaking location and views. Property is beautiful and clean. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Food was pretty good and service at the restaurant and bar terrace was great. Will definitely go again. The only downside is that you need a shuttle to the beach. It’s minutes away and beautiful but not immediately accessible.

Our third trips to The Cascades and the hotel to stay in if you're in Soma Bay. The staff are wonderful and the bed super comfortable. Lovely pool, great gym and huge choice of buffet food.

Very bad experience , we regret our stay in this hotel and money we pay there ! - No Cleanliness , dirty bath robe , dirty hair dryer , dirty tables and cups at restaurant . - No water or drinks at dinner ! You must pay money to have water ! - Expedia team tell us that hotel must refund our money as apologizing of bad experience in staying there but no they didn’t refund any thing . - Very rude staff & shutter driver . Not recommend at all .
