Easy location to Real Alcázar and Cathedral Good local places to eat Tea and coffee in reception

Nice hotel with big room and free stuff

Friendly staff, but our room facing the street “Puerta de la Carne” was very, very, noisy all night due to the crowded bars and all day due to the street construction below our window. The interior rooms looked quiet, but we can’t say for sure.

Close to a lot of restaurants - so can be noisy at night. The entrance is actually via another hotel at the back which was not too clearly explained. A bit tiring going through one building, up a few levels in the lift, then going to a second building before going to the right floor of the hotel in this second building. The room is a bit cramped. There is water, soft drink, coffee and some simple food for breakfast that is provided which was great. Service was a touch blunt.

Evrything is ok

Very nice hotel in a great location. Room was clean and quiet. Had the basics in the bathroom, appreciated the shampoo and soap samples. Good water pressure. Friendly staff. Offered free juice, water, cereal, small breakfast rolls, coffee, tea in the lobby. Only complaint was the metal head board rattled with every move of the bed.

The room was spotless. My only issue was the coldness of the room.

A very fair price. Our room was clean and comfortable, check-in was quick and easy, and we appreciated the coffee and snacks provided. The area around the hotel is good and lots of sightseeing areas are within walking distance. Definitely recommend this hotel!

Surprisingly good hotel considering price. Location very hamdy for old town and it is in a decent barrio with some very good bars and restaurants. The hotel is well maintained with free breakfast bar with coffee and some basic eats. Only issues were the room is pretty small with limited shelf space and they didn’t replace the shower gels.

Loved the location was able to walk to all the site's. The reception was very welcoming very nice lady. Quite little hotel.

Hotel was lovely. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Great to have free continental breakfast, teas / coffee and water in lobby. Only issue we had was the hotel entrance is actually round the back. Two hotels are joined together. So check in entrance was another Basic hotel called hotel Dona Manuella.
