Here again for another cycling race at Gravesend. There are closer hotels, and we are only here for the electricity, but without that tie, would we still stay here? Well looked after and made to feel at home, so probably yes.

Didnt like the shower curtain or fixed shower head which was too high. I had requested a twin room etc which hadnt been noted.

The staff were really accommodating, there is onsite EV charging, a local pub. The room was a lovely temperature as i arrived.They'd turned on the AC to ensure the room was at a nice temperature during the recent hot weather.

A really handy stop off on the way to the coast to an event. Easy parking, clean room and bathroom, comfy bed plus lovely staff! As we arrived later in the day we decided to eat in the pub next door.. the food was basic but OK. The breakfast was also served in the pub and at both meals the staff were really welcoming and helpful. I would stay again if I was in the area overnight.

It’s a basic clean and neat hotel similar to Premier Inn.. it was expensive paid half the price not long ago, rather disappointing..

Nice big room, kept perfectly clean by the staff with a good size bathroom and air con. A comfortable hotel with easy access to major roads and train stations. A marstons pub is co located with a range of beers, bar food and carvery. They do breakfast there, but we didnt use it for breakfast.

The room was clean and the air conditioning worked perfectly, which made for a comfortable stay. However, my check‑in was delayed because Hotels.com sent the hotel incorrect details for my booking — specifically, the wrong first name. As a result, the staff had to spend time verifying that the reservation was actually mine. Everything else on the booking was accurate except for the first name. I’m not sure how this happened, especially since I’ve used Hotels.com to book this same hotel several times without any issues. It would be helpful if this could be looked into to prevent similar delays in the future.
