Outstanding Staff

Everything was wonderful. Breakfast spread was amazing. Great place to stay before or after the cruise.

Very clean and a convenient Hotel near the cruise port. Room service was great. The restaurant with the hotel was top notch and there is a mall right across the street. Wonderful stay and wonderful staff.

The location and staff are the main reason why we will come back. I can’t say for bough about the staff - so knowledgeable and helpful. All of them - front desk, restaurant/bar, maintenance, etc. absolutely all of them.

Great location. Definitely a good pick for before or after a cruise. The only reason I did not give it 5⭐️ is that they have no concierge so not much in terms of getting advice on what is going on in the area. Not everything that is happening is easy to find online. A concierge service would have been super helpful.

Asked for my room to be cleaned after two days. I usually try to safe the planet by only having my to cleaned every other two-three days after arrival. Had to talk to five people For the to To be cleaned and it was a disaster. They left the room terribly dirty. The floor was simply vile. Even the lady who is in charge of the team / rooms standard and Over and took pictures to show to the team what a disgusting job they had done. Simply unacceptable. I have stayed here several times before but this time may be my last. I had to clean the bathroom Floor myself. I am tired of spending so much money and the hotels and Expedia are the ones to benefit from it. Just not fair. You provide us with a service which we pay in return. You don’t give out money back so you? You simply expect us to putt up with this low standard of service while charming us thousands. Enough is enough. Stop apologising and do your job. Shame on you all

Without a shadow of doubt the best hotel ive stayed in @ Santos Good size room , great wifi , good breakfast Virtually next door to the best shopping mall in Santos & Carrefour supermarkets All the staff spoke English which is a bonus for brasil 10 minute walk to the nearest beach Very quiet of an evening Overall a perfect stay

Clean and safe

The staff was friendly. The room was big and the city view was amazing. They served great food. The heated swimming pool was appreciated. All in all we had a great experience and we highly recommend this hotel
