The location was perfect!!! Right around corner from Old Course!! Near all city centre shops, restaurants, bars, and sites. The place was quaint and perfect for our needs. Again especially location because we were golfing. Breakfast was very good and had options. They also had a sweet bread left out for the day. The room was small but not too small. No AC so we opened our window and was perfect. Not sure if it was a hot day how warm room would be. We were here in June! My only complaint was the shower. It was on its own little water heater pressure thing and it was either scolding or cold. If you turned it a cm it would go scolding or freezing. We finally got it set to tempted, but it wasn’t great. If you pushed high it went straight to scolding even if you had it set on cold. Otherwise place was great

Rooms were clean, bed was comfortable, breakfast was very tasty and it is very close to the old course. There was a slight miscommunication about our room, but staff was extremely helpful and was able to help us sort it out immediately.

Gorgeous wee guest house, immaculately kept. Very clean and modern decor, breakfast was fabulous, the host could not have been more helpful or welcoming. Highly recommend

We stayed in the cottage just out the back. It was on the warmer side during our stay and so we had the windows open. The only downside is you feel somewhat vulnerable with the windows open being on the ground floor but the area is obviously very safe. Location was perfect. It was self check-in so no staff interaction until breakfast - she was lovely and very welcoming. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic location and easy contactless check in! Great communication with staff via messaging. Our charming room was on the top floor (3 flights of stairs). The only issue was the dormer windows didn’t enable a ton of fresh air in and the room was warm, but the fan in the room helped. Bed and pillows were extremely comfortable and the bathroom was very nice and well appointed. Suzanne, our host for breakfast, was absolutely lovely and went above & beyond to take care of everyone in the dining room!! Fiona prepared a great breakfast and amazing baked goods as welcome snacks in the living room. I enjoyed getting to know all the other hotel guests over breakfast! Would definitely stay here again. Just wished they had air conditioning. Note for US travelers with cars….the parking app in Scotland does NOT work on US phones! You need to bring coins or call the phone number & pay over the phone, which takes time.

Great location, clean, organised, friendly and compact! I had a small room, shower very small but worked well. Breakfast was fantastic.

This place was right around the corner from the golf courses at St. Andrews. Breakfast service was great! We stayed in room 5 and the shower was the biggest and best we’ve had all week while traveling Scotland.

I stayed one night and it was perfect. Lovely little double room with a view of the garden. Delicious breakfast. No staff on premises except for those making breakfast but it worked out fine. Comfy bed.

Room 7 was almost like a little cottage. It’s a small room with a massive bathroom (with heated flooring). I would definitely stay there again. The made to order breakfast was delicious!

Breakfast was ok I had the salmon with scrambled egg first day which was very good same for my wife next day I got full English which was not very good as for the room no tea bags no kettle dinning room was to cramped Had to asked to be moved to the main hotel dinning room which was much better
