The staff were all very friendly, check in was a breeze. The room was very clean. Pools were clean. Views are excellent! The only suggestion would be to up the food at the restaurant, but it was not bad by any means. We would love to go back.

Parking is in no way secure. Fence on the front of the parking lot, wide open on the back. Wifi doesn’t work, and the reception staff were not helpful in getting it functional. Restaurant prices, and the price for the room, was too high for what it is. Food was basic and bland, and the room was small and basic. Should have been about 60% of the cost. The two good things were the service from the gentlemen in the restaurant and the AC in the room, which did work very well.

We were there for our friend's wedding. Staff (front desk) were very rude and they seem to be bother when asking for something. They charge to use pool towels. Rooms were dirty and badrooms not well maintained. They are overpriced.

Been to this hotel many times. Love the place, it was remodeled a few years ago. It’s very quiet and nice for families.

No tenían agua caliente. De hecho por el grifo del agua caliente no salía ni agua. No tenía Internet tampoco.

el personal era muy amable, la ubicacion del hotal estaba genial hacia la playa y tambien esta padrisima solamente la habitación era muy pequeña y la mas costosa de mi viaje por chiapas. las palapas estaban muy agusto para tomar el fresco en la tarde y la brisa del restaurante junto con la vista muy agradables, quiza las raciones y el costo de los platillos no eran lo mejor pero en general el hotel es muy recomendable para hospedarte en puerto arista

Le falta un poco de mantto en general, el personal bien, los servicios bien de acuerdo al lugar

Mal servicio por parte del perosnal, habiamos 4 personas en la hab y solo dieron 3 toallas. La alberca sucia.

Ubicación excelente. Colchones, almohadas, sábanas y toallas de buena calidad. Alberca y palapas de playa falta limpieza y mantenimiento. Habitaciones con humedad, agua regadera y lavamanos olían mal y las 2 botellas de agua cortesia de 250ml, no alcanzan para lavarse los dientes. Buen servicio de restaurante, comida sabrosa. Buen lugar para hospedarse.

No quisieron darnos factura por nuestra reserva…

Le urge una remodelación a las habitaciones, no entona con la estética del lugar, todo lo demás muy bien, sus amenidades (alberca, restaurante) muy bonitas, su comida genial; pero las habitaciones dejan mucho que desear

La fachada por fuera y las camas son duras no son de calidad pero por el precio
