Love this hotel! The staff is extremely helpful and we were so exhausted from a drive from port after our 8 day cruise. Our flights had been cancelled due to weather and we were “stuck”! So we decided to go to Epic Universe! The Manager checked us in (8 of us) and upgraded us! our rooms! We were so thrilled

What a terrible view of a roof for a resort experience- horrible compared to Cabana Bay and other hotels in the area. Definitely would not stay at Endless Summer again. Stayed at resorts which were priced $40 less to $5 more per night, and Endless Summer Surfside was the least friendly and most blah. We loved our other places. Shower had black crud running into shower floor from the door, during our showers. Had to stand on a towel to shower. Water was warm, but not hot. Toilet ran the whole time we were there and had to keep the door shut to be able to sleep. TV volume was governed very low for my hearing, and many channels were frozen and not working. Had to step into the shower to get the bathroom door closed. Room was much louder than other places. Unpriced drinks in cafe extremely expensive, which is fine but please post prices. Food from cafe was good however, and the Universal Resort bus system was top notch. Overall, the whole experience lacked in comparison to the places we stayed previously on this trip. We wouldn't have moved here, if Cabana Bay and Rosen weren't overbooked once we decided to extend our visit. We would absolutely stay at those two places again.

Great hotel that is very clean, great suite room with great mattresses, nice pool, excellent bus service to parks & City Walk. Early entry was easy and a breeze. Onsite fast serve food is good and pizza is fresh, hot and tasty and could feed 2 people. Overall experience was excellent. However... the overnight manager did not handle a situation very well... at all. No knowledge of how my booking price was messed up.

Great location great service to universal

Breakfast had many options that were good. They even were great with dairy allergy and finding/making fresh alternatives for us. Staff is friendly and efficient at their jobs. The room could have been cleaner; there was hair on the floor in the bathroom and dirt around one of the beds. We let the room service in on our second day so they could clean and they only kind of made the beds ( I say kind of, because I had to find the fitted sheet and pull it all the way up after they made the bed) and gave new towels, and emptied trash cans. They didn't vacuum anything or wipe anything down. Other than that, our stay was good, loved the buses to get to all the universal parks.

The only negative point is that you are unable to open any window on your room. So no fresh air was coming at any time and depending on the air con that got me ill

Natalia our front desk rep was fantastic! She helped us get the perfect room for our family as requested. She was professional and friendly. We have stayed at Surfside several times and have always loved the amenities and atmosphere! It was a pleasant stay again and we will return later this year.

Didnt have breakfast there. Only coffee from the Starbucks.
