The staff was always helpful with answering questions and providing information. Our room was clean and quiet. We utilized the early park entry which was a must for riding some of the bigger rides.

High end property staff and service. From check in to maid service, everything was wonderful.

The property was nowhere worth what we paid for one night even in peak season. Cherry on top: Michael from lost and found stole my $300 cologne and said they discard liquids from found items. But returned all the other liquids that was in my "lost" cosmetics bag.

The stay was amazing. The stay was very friendly and accommodating. The property was extremely clean and service was quick and personal. Would be staying each time we are in town and would highly recommend.

Hotel and rooms were spotless, didn’t use the pool but it looked inviting. Did use the gym and was impressed with the amount of equipment and the large clean locker rooms .

The room was clean and enough space for 5 people ( got the 2 bedroom suite) we were in the last room in the hall so maybe that's why we didn't notice the noise as notes in prior reviews but the shuttle was great staff was great. Walking distance of some restaurants and walgreens/7-11

Very loud all the time. Our room was on the side with the shuttles and for almost 18 hours a day there are people talking loudly and lights and beeping. Do not recommend unless you are guaranteed a room on the far side.

We spent 3 nights at the hotel and were super pleased with the service and quality of the room.

Everything about our stay was great. The suite was very clean and the park shuttle service was super convenient. It felt safe so we didn’t worry about a thing while there. It wasn’t the most quiet room, but that’s kind of expected when visiting a family destination like this one. Overall we had a blast and would stay again in a heartbeat.

The rooms were very clean. Staff was nice and friendly. Will be going back to stay.

First time we stayed at this hotel with my family if 10. Perfect location for all the parks plus early admission helped with the queues would def stay again 🙂

Overall great location & staff, but on the 9th floor it took 9 to 11 minutes to get hot water to come all the way up to our top floor room. For $300/night I expect better than this.
