The area around the property is not very safe

The rooms at this location are beautiful They are entire furnished apartments with kitchen. I like that they were far away from the noisy nightclubs, but close enough within two blocks to easily walk during the day. If you walk at night, those two blocks best not to go alone, walk in group, because there are some brief areas that are dark or empty on the way to Revu if you’re not familiar with the downtown area. During normal hours there’s enough shops and restaurants around open, to feel safe. Before 9:00PM. In a nutshell, it’s the nicest best value in Centro. By a mile.

Super nice chill safe relaxing spot a block or two away from all the action in “El Centro/Revolucion” I will only stay here from now on. It’s super private and good food a few steps in every direction.

I had a very bad experience because they opened my door to my room twice. The first time they left it open when I went out to dinner, and the second time, the security guard opened my door without permission and without knocking while I was inside. I don't recommend this place because I was very suspicious that they wanted to enter my room without my permission, thinking that maybe they wanted to steal something from me. tuve una muy mala experiencia, porque me abrieron mi puerta de mi cuarto Dos veces. La primera vez me la dejaron abierta cuando sali a cenar y la segunda vez, el guardia de seguridad abrió mi puerta sin permiso y sin tocar estando yo adentro. no recomiendo este lugar porque me dio mucha desconfianza de qué quisieron entrar a mi cuarto sin mi permiso, pensando qué tal vez me quisieron robar algo.

I enjoyed the fact that they have 24 hr servaliance. There are groceries near by as well as bank, pharmacy, and a small coffee shop near by. The staff was friendly and very helpfully. There is a laundry onsite. Im glad i stayed here. 😌 My family, two dogs, and myself felt safe.

The place was clean and stylish. My favorite part was the staff. They were really friendly and helpful. Emmanuela was very nice at the reception desk and Stephanie was a great host and was superb in her professionalism. I was always greeted with a smile.

People were very nice however the property was not what I expected. Parking was limited to few spots on the street in an area that I felt very unsafe. To access the room was long 9 digit code instead of having a card. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

Out first impression was the area located looks very unsafe, parking is behind the building so we need to asked every single time to open the gate and take 20 mn every time ! Second day was no water at all ! So we did take a shower! So the apartments needs to be equipped with cleaning supplies! No broom no mop no blender ! No cleaning service daily and air conditioner was no cooling at all ! I let the staff know and they didn’t fix it! 7 days with a hot rooms and last day of the stay was no water at all so we didn’t take a shower the day before and the day our trip back home ! That’s absolutely bad management ! They need to send us a notice to let us know about water issues! Not happy at all with this property!!

I stayed at Eazy Centro with my two dogs and was impressed by the spacious serviced apartments featuring fully equipped kitchens with full-sized refrigerators, microwaves, and stovetops. The accommodations felt wonderfully roomy with excellent soundproofing and powerful air conditioning that kept us comfortable throughout our stay. What truly stood out was the warm, friendly, and exceptional staff who went above and beyond to make our experience memorable - they were incredibly understanding and helpful. The location couldn't have been better, with easy walks to a major supermarket and convenience stores just minutes away. The thoughtful decor and genuine hospitality from the team made this feel like a true home away from home for me and my dogs.
