Very average hotel. Cleanliness is nit good. Food is decent. Bathrooms drains were smelling bad. Typical highway motel type property. Location is above a major strip mall. Lots of shops and restsurants n cafes in the area. Parking is not very big and usually crowded.

Location is Okay but do not expect services like other Clarks Inn chain locations. They deserve one star only. Never ever going to stay in this hotel.

Worst service ever got by any hotel. Been to various countries abroad but never seen such a pathetic hotel. Staff doesn’t know what to cater and how to.

In one night changed 3 rooms due to the multiple problems in 215 & 214 there was a continuous noice which forced me to not to sleep finally settled in 207 with lot of arguments which resulted we couldn’t sleep till 2am. In room no 215 which was initially booked the bed sheet and quilt cover was very dirty, tea cups were missing, one night lamp was not working, bathroom accessories were missing and after complaint was corrected except night lamp which wasted lot of time and kept us in waiting. The person who settled all above issues was very cooperative. Bathroom fittings was very complicated specially bathing side. Breakfast was good.

Had an unpleasant stay at Clark's Inn, Ambala this week. Our tiny room had water seeping from the roof creating a puddle inside. The fan was not working, the hot/cold water mixer in the shower was only working for hot water. And then the room key card stopped working! And this was a "premium room". I shudder to think what a standard room would be like! Breakfast was OK, service standard.
