The breakfast was good, with many choice and the room was clean and the bed very comfortable.

The pros: great, friendly staff, good breakfast for the price, bed is comfy, family room really well set out (two singles up on a mezzanine for the kids), right next to a massive supermarket, fairly cheap, easy to get to. The cons: a bit tired, mould on the curtains and bathroom, holes in towels, right next to dual carriageway and very hot rooms

Unfortunately, the experience was far from what I expected, and I feel compelled to share my concerns. During our stay, the weather was extremely hot, and the hotel rooms did not have air conditioning. Although a fan was provided in our room, it was broken, making the situation unbearable. When I informed the only staff member on duty, she mentioned that she couldn't replace or fix the fan until the next day. However, we were scheduled to check out the following morning, so this did nothing to alleviate the discomfort we faced. The heat in the room was so intense that we couldn’t sleep at all. Other guests around us were also struggling, with many leaving their doors open to try and get some airflow into their rooms. It was clear that many were unhappy with the situation, and some even mentioned that they would also be filing complaints. Our night was so uncomfortable that we ended up sleeping on the ferry during our travels the next day because we were completely exhausted. This made our overall experience very inconvenient and frustrating. I hope you will take this feedback seriously, as the lack of comfort and service significantly impacted our stay. Very basic service. Breakfast was missing a number of items at 9:00 am. The area is very noisy. However, for the price and for being a B&B we could not expect much more. We stayed only for one night, which was okay.

Dirty, urine smelling bathroom and room; insects in the bathroom. Garbage from previous visitor stuck along the water pipe under the sink. The remote was not cleaned, probably ever; we had to clean it to attempt to touch it. Have pics for all, but won't bother uploading.

Soundproofing between the rooms was very poor - conversation, TV and toilet flush easily audible, as well as footsteps and bed noises (!) overhead. Small outside dining area was dominated by smokers and therefore unusable by others at breakfast time. The only place to eat was a squalid pizza restaurant next door. Many guests brought their own pillows but mine were acceptable.

Excellent service et receptioniste

Good family rooms. We stayed for 1night and we had a very pleasant time. It was really easy to check in and the receptionist was very friendly. The room was basic but clean. we didn't need anything more for a night before getting the ferry. There's a restaurant opposite to the hotel which serves very nice food. Also, there is a Centre Leclerc 5mins away from the hotel.

Went to the hotel pretty late. Need to call 24/7 service to acquire access code.

No one at reception, although I found out later I was emailed about the fact, but when one is traveling you don't have email / wifi access all the time. So found this information after I had trouble checking in. Breakfast was not good enough for the price.

A nice hotel, easy to find, clean with a good breakfast.

Non staffed reception made checking out a problem as we left really early Room was a bit cramped but very clean and fit for purpose as we needed a overnight stay to catch train to UK.

Sejour particulièrement agréable. Chambre propre, serviettes à disposition. Même un ventilateur à disposition dans la chambre. Petit déjeuner à volonté et garni. +++

Malheureusement borne extérieure mal opérante : quasi impossible de valider. Chambre sale (poussière) en quantité. Malheureusement, plus de 40°C dans la chambre sur la mezzanine, impossible de dormir (chaleur exceptionnelle, mais impossible d'aérer).
