Great view loved how close we were to bay side Hated the fact that we had to pay crazy amount of money for parking (per night )

The location was good

Unlike anywhere else I've stayed. Amenities are not available on the day of checkout. For a much as you pay to stay at this property. You should be able to enjoy all amenities until at the least 10:30am.. the towel girl @ the pool was very rude and dismissive to the guest.

This is a beautiful property, I’d recommend anyone looking for a beautiful stay to experience it!

The one thing no one says out loud is that the property is located on the river which means every time a filthy rich person floats by on their $500 million yacht it paralyzes the entire Brickell area for 20-30 minutes due to all draw bridges going up. It's a lot worse on the weekends, taking as much as 45 min to go through 3 stoplights to just leave the area. I will not be willing staying at these towers again. Oh, and some neighbor loves to light up at night. I don't partake of Mary J, so it did mess with my enjoyment as well.

Great Location! Enjoyed the downtown Miami vibe... especially walking the waterfront. Loved sitting on the balcony and watching the boats go by. Beautiful day and night! If you go here make sure you take plenty of bottled water... there is no water available on the property except tap water. Found a Whole Foods about a 10 minute walk away...wish I had prepared for that. And if a disgruntle employee tells you to sit and wait for a representative to give you your key, don't believe them. Stand there until someone gives you access to your suite.

A convenient place and nice place

The place was nice, clean & very well decorated. Only issue was smell of weed on our floor (supposed be non-smoking) & it's a loud location as far as hearing the traffic noise throughout the night. We stayed on 35th floor but the noise was like we were literally on the 1st or 2nd floor. Aside that, Brickell is quite the busy touristy location.

You really cant beat the location if you plan to stay in Brickell. The views are amazing. Everything is walkable i.e. grabbing coffee and a croissant at the local foodtruck next door with an amazing view or walking to city centres high end shopping or grabbing dinner at any of the hundreds of awesome restaurants. I highly recommend this spot to stay.

Our experience has been great! Kat was waiting at the lobby to greet us when we arrived and quickly checked us in. Kat also responded very quickly to a couple of very minor issues we had with the apartment and offered to have them resolved right away. Our 2br/2ba apartment on the 25th floor had a spectacular view of the water and city. The unit was clean and comfortable. We were especially happy to see that the kitchen was equipped with a blender to make our daily smoothies. The location is great with Whole Foods being only a couple of blocks away. The valet parking was convenient and parking rate is reasonable. We recommend this place and will stay at the Icon again.

Dirty bathrooms. Deteriorated, balcony doors difficult to open. They demand a lot, but give nothing in return. Difficult parking.

Huge space. Clean! Right next to the W.
