Second time there. Awesome stay again.

The flight coordination was very bad

good hotel, enough actually. Check your bathroom once check in though they gave me a handicap bathroom with no shower curtain, so I needed to ask to give me a new room. not a comfortable type of shower on the special rooms...

The staff was wonderful and the location is great. 10/10. Highly recommend.

We had an amazing stay at the Aloft. The room was so comfortable and spacious! The staff was supreme, especially Carlos, who welcomed us upon our arrival! We highly recommend this hotel! 😊

The welcome to the hotel was very rude and unprofessional from the morning receptionist.

My one regret about Lima was not staying at this hotel for longer. It's a fantastic little spot that feels boutique but is missing none of the expected amenities

Great place for stay . Only bad thing was local restaurants aren’t the best , so need to take uber or taxi for Lima food scene
