staff clean room exellent location

They stole me money and refused to returned

The breakfast is good. Location is right next to a Walmart. Unfortunately there is no microwave or fridge in the rooms. Access to the gym was hit or miss. Many many prostitutes in the area.

Nos asignaron una habitación a la calle, el ruido durante todo el día y en especail en la noche cuando ya queriamos descasar y dormir era muy fuerte por el paso de carros, motos y camiones. La habitación limpia y muy ordenada, pero el ruido era infernal.

Room was spacious and clean and neat. The staff were very friendly and attentive.

Good budget hotel

Very spacious and clean room, large TV, giant windows, very modern. The breakfast was ok and included. I have nothing to complain about and was impressed by the hotel.

So I check in late and I'm told any guest I have has to pay $20 dollars to just come upstairs and talk. I came into the room and the sink was dirty. I went to the gym and it was just 3 machines and dumbbells that goes up to 15 lbs. I had to wash my clothes and I had to pay for that as well lol they requested that if I wash clothes I had to do it the same night they gave me the coins and tide pods. I just felt like the pictures lied a lot . The room was way smaller than I expected. On the outside of the building are tons of prostitutes lurking.

Good service and exceptional attention. Room a bit noise

This place overall was good, however Angeles from the breakfast had a terrible attitude. Front desk gave my family member 3 tickets for breakfast instead of 4. This was an honest mistake on their end. Angeles was shared 3 tickets and instead of kindly sharing where to pick up the tickets or who can help resolve she straight went to say it was 80 pesos and she was going to watch my family to make sure our family member did not eat. I understand rules and policy I have no issue on following them. Instead we allow the kids to have cereal & we continue to search for food elsewhere.

Overall, I have stayed at this hotel before, and I found it to be really convenient, with easy access to public transportation and even a small shopping center around the corner. The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean, quiet, and cozy, which is why every time I'm in Mexico City,y I'll definitely go back to the Econo hotel, highly recommended

It was clean. Staff were rude. Parking limited. Sick kept plugging up. Airconditioning was poor very little air coming out. No screen on the windows so u cant even open the window for fresh air. The road right in front is lined with prostitues and we saw one come out of a room next to ours.That made me fèel uneasy..The parking attendant is the rudest! I would not stay here again.

walls are paper thin! And beds are TERRIBLE I barely slept the two nights I was there

I have stayed in the hotel many times and the staff is great!!! The breakfast is always delicious 😋 the rooms are clean and well taken care off. There is a Walmart adjecent to the hotel as well as the Metro Train System. Love this place.
