First time there and wished it was for longer than one night..! We were met by Katie who was very helpful during the check in process and again in the evening when we had dinner and a few drinks afterwards. Our room was a standard double which was spotless, warm and comfortable. We had a delicious dinner at night and the breakfast in the morning left us wanting for nothing. A two minute walk to the magnificent beach made our stay even more enjoyable and we’d be happy to return any time we find ourselves looking for a relaxing break. Thanks to all.

The beds were a little stiff, but manageable. The room could use a little extra maintenance and small upgrades to help make it look more presentable. There was some mold on the bath ceiling and the shower grout looks old and dirty. However, overall I can’t degrade the place too much because the place was generally clean and the LOCATION is great. It’s hard to beat staying walking distance from a farm and the beach at the same time. Also, the grounds looked great and customer service was excellent.

Didnt stay, was told by message at 3.30pm that last orders for meals were at 5pm! Time i finish work! Asked for a refund as i wouldnt have booked the hotel in the first place if this was the case, but was refused, very dissapointed, no note on website or when booking, that meals stopped at that time

Quaint hotel in idyllic setting, staff friendly and helpful. Next to stunning beach and river walks. Perfect for a relaxing getaway.

The room we had was in an annexe and was very basic. I would describe it more like a holiday chalet room than a hotel and it reeked of damp. What was particularly disappointing was that although the Hotel.com site stated that there was a restaurant at the hotel, there was only a cafe 200 yds away, which closed at 7.30pm.

Dog fruendly throughout and lots ofs of excercise space outside. So close to a girgeous beach. Fabulous breakfast and very friendly staff.
