Beautiful hotel. I didn’t quite understand we’d have to do a “staff-less” check in but once we saw our room keys it was extremely easy. The hotel is beautiful and it is a very peaceful town with amazing Tuscan views. The restaurant seems to be one of the best ones in the area. We went to San Gimignano and didn’t get a chance to dine there. Would definitely stay again.

Out of the way location but worth the drive through the rolling Tuscany hills. Arrived late evening. Staff could have been more welcoming. No offers for assistance, just handed the keys and directed to room. None the less, enjoyed this venue and would stay here again.

The property is away from all cities, quiet, beautiful views. There are places to eat and shop within walking distance and the in house restaurant offered amazing food. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Room was very nice and clean. We could hear guests in room next to us. Staff was excellent and very helpful. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Ideal location for day trips to various cities in Tuscany. Beautiful view from the restaurant.

our two-night stay was overall relaxing, what we enjoyed the best was the breakfast, the staff was tremendously helpful and very friendly. we were not too happy about after-hours loud neighbors.

Lovely place to stay, recently modernised. Clean minimalistic rooms, excellent value. The views are outstanding! Restaurant wasn’t open due to covid, but looked good.

Very quaint hotel, good parking facilities and very healthy breakfast. My partner had an adverse reaction to a mosquito bite and the staff, despite not having much command of English, arranged for us to visit a doctor. Very helpful all round. The evening meal in the restaurant was excellent

Beautiful town on the way to Lajatico & Pisa & Lucca. What a treasure this town turned out to be. Great host (Leonardo) and newly renovated room made this one of my most enjoyable stops during this trip to Italy. Thanks Leonardo!

Fantastisk imødekommende personale. Fantastisk hotelrestaurant, fremragende mad til en vældig god pris. God vin ligeså. Fremragende udsigt, fås ikke smukkere. Selve byen er ikke så spændende, men der er flere gode restauranter tæt på hotellet. Pæn stor Coop lige nedenfor hotellet, hvor man også kan parkere. Montaione ligger perfekt i forhold til udflugter til Volterra, San Gimignano og Firenze. Vi fandt en lille perle tæt på: Certaldo! (Den gamle bydel, nås med funiculare). Go for it! Du får det smukkeste Toscanske landskab!

Très très bien accueillis, aux petits soins. Cadre magnifique. Petit déjeuner en terasse avec vue magnifique. Sans avoir réservé nous avons pu dîner au restaurant sur la terasse

L’hotel è situato in splendida posizione panoramica, in cima alla collina da cui si domina la valle e gli ampi spazi verdi. Spazio per il parcheggio e giardino sono punti di forza. La nostra camera era in cima alle scale, con vista su altre case. Il bagno era piccolo ed il lavabo piccolissimo. Letto comodo. La colazione è in una sala con vista sul verde, ma la scelta di cibo è limitata: yogurt non disponibile. Sacrificato anche lo spazio per il buffet. Ci sono margini di miglioramento.
