Sept 2025 The photos on the website and its presentation are quite deceptive. The room was really quite poor, the breakfast overpriced and fairly poor quality (how hard can it be to find a decent Croissant in Epernay??) the bar service appalling, the lady had absolutely no idea what a gin and tonic was and served .75 of a litre of pink liquid with no ice. The bed hard and uncomfortable, the blinds/curtains poor and bled light. All all a substandard hotel massively overpriced and over marketed. Importantly Bath was borderline dangerous with no anti slip mat where one can actually get out from the bath, and there was bad water damage above the bath from above. The room was APPALLINGLY noisy from above and all sides. Doors slamming at all hours of the day and night especially felt 7.00 in the morning. Slept really badly. Will certainly never stay again and do not recommend. Very disappointed. +

Excellent location on the edge of the town, easy walking anywhere. Car parking nearby. Welcoming staff. Rooms are ok, typical for 3 star, clean linen, good towels, older decor. Your only other choices in Epernay are bnb or expensive hotels not in the centre…

We were given a good room as they were not too busy. The room was clean and we had a good night's sleep there. The hairdryer didn't work which was a minor problem but the corridors and the room smelt of cigarette smoke. Good parking nearby.

Oh my goodness the smell of poop was overwhelming. I checked in and thought maybe the housekeeper had to use the bathroom while servicing the room so I dismissed the smell and left for the days activities. Over 10 hours later and the strong smell of feces was overbearing. It was coming from the shower are (which kind of looks like a mobile home shower) They just have a severely backed up clogged pipe system because I couldn’t even stand to take a shower in the room. The towels hanging up were also used and not changed. Overall horrible but good location.
