Perfect location with everything you need! Comfortable beds and pillows. Appreciated the air conditioning and healthy breakfast options. A short walk from the train station and to all of the main sites on Épernay!

Staff were excellent. Explained the area and provided suggestions. Location of hotel was great - easy walking distance to activities and features. Room was clean, however it was very small.

Well located for exploring the Champagne houses. Parking very easy on the road outside (free). Room was clean as was linen and bath towels. However, there were lots of blonde hair in balls on the floor ( I am a redhead so weren’t mine!) Did have breakfast as lots of great cafes ! There were people using the breakfast facility

No headboard behind the bed. If you sat on the bed there were wall lamps and electrical outlets right where your head would rest. 1 uncomfortable chair in the room, so no place to sit that was comfortable. Mini fridge on the floor so you had to kneel on the floor to access it. Bath okay. We had a deck that had a good view. Bed was comfortable. Would not recommend.

We are very satisfied with the hotel overall, but we are disappointed by the description of the exclusive toiletries. We assumed there would be more than just one bottle of shower gel and a bar of hand soap, such as body lotion and other premium bathroom amenities. We feel that the description is misleading in this regard.

Very central in Epernay. Hotel is quite basic but fairly priced for the area. Staff very welcoming and breakfast good.

Location was great, breakfast was great, absolutely nothing to complain about. It’s not a fancy property but has everything you need. Would stay there again.

This hotel is in a good location for the champagne Avenue it is just a 5 min walk away. The staff are not very customer focused and gave no information without being asked. Breakfast is ok if you like continental but do not use the egg warmer it takes 15 minutes for an egg to be cooked. The toaster is up to high for short people like me to be able to us ethe tongs to retrive it. The spaces is very limited and when busy you can wait for a while to get a cup of coffee or tea. The big one was no air con in the room as it was still the cold season so the reception man said so no aircon just heat. when we went the weather during the day was very hot and so the room on the 1st floor was very hot and opening a window when there is no breeze was pointless.
