We were a bit confused initially when we arrived in an out of town shopping zone. The hotel facilities were excellent but I felt that the staff were keen for us to finish our lovely meal. We had arrived in the restaurant at 20.30 and had been reassured that we were welcome. Maybe I've misread things but I did get a vibe that staff would prefer if we finished sooner rather than later.

For us it was a good central location for day trips in Hauts-de-France. Lots of parking and shopping across the street. Rooms look over or open to a garden. Weirdly situated in an industrial area. Onsite restaurant is excellent. While somewhat dated, the rooms are very clean and well maintained. Staff speaks some Engish and are very hospitable.

Slightly confusing to get to as it’s through a retail park. But once there the retail park is completely forgotten, it’s an oasis of calm and tranquility. A good hotel for visiting the battle fields in that area.

The reception was very welcoming from the staff and very clean, the room was clean and adequate. The restaurant food was very good, unfortunately as it was a set meal no choice of food. The only Dislike i had was Dogs mess left all-around the carpark, in the UK we pick it up so no one treads in it.

Located on the opposite site of a shopping mall it was still quiet enough to enjoy dinner in the yard and to get a good nights sleep. The staff takes good care of you, however breakfast was very limited and the place could use some renovation...

Don’t be put off by the location of the hotel. We rated as a stop off on the way back from Italy. I’d stay again for sure.

Great hotel with lovely staff. The courtyard is a little oasis and our room opened out onto it. Would stay again.

Not planned but so grateful!! Due to a plethora of disasters I found myself book a hotel for the same day of searching. Do not let the location put you off - for a pit stop in your way or on your way back it’s perfect - beyond perfect!! Glorious restaurant, lovely staff, convenient location, I laid my the pool & could believe how peaceful it was - I will return

Tired looking property, not kept up to date, no aircon in rooms, rooms were hot, meal was nice but expensive, breakfast was just pointless, nothing hot, 4 staff all rather chat than look after customers, some rhubarb jam but nothing else, coffee was awful, the worst breakfast at a hotel I have encountered.
