Personal muy amable en la recepcion pero no asi en el restaurante en el lobby. Cuartos limpios y comodos. Se escuchan mucho las puertas al cerrar y el ruido de la calle. Excelente localizacion. Limpio y el desayuno es variado y fresco. Sí volvería a hospedarme aqui.

False infos on Expedia:there is no proper shuttle service,hotel staff will call who ever he knows,and price varies from staff to staff! Infos given by hotel staff are often vague and often incorrect.Poor front desk response when called for questions/service.Have to pay for pretty much everything:bottle water(usually offered courtesy for hotel of this category).Their buffet breakfast is good,so is foods at the resto.

Nothing but good things to say about this place. The cleanliness of the facility and friendly and extremely helpful and proactive staff. Excellent choice

The clean room every single day the ladys come up to clean the rooms and change everything plus the towels and every single coworkers come abd help explain to you if you dont understand the money and anything about which tours or anything you need that help and explain the staff the cleanliness the Food everything for me and my family were great and awesome i would recommend this hotel to anyone Thank you for a great stay !

Staff is not friendly. The hotel is called Cafe Hotel, and the lobby smells like coffee, but the actual coffee is horrible. Bathroom smells like dirty mop.

Everything was great except for the person who check us in, very rude and not helpful! Other than that everyone else was amazing, the rooms were very spacious with a great view.

Nice hotel, Great breakfast

Average hotel. I definitely had higher expectations based on reviews I read before booking. WiFi does not work. Stayed on the 11th floor and it was almost impossible to navigate the internet. Informed front desk about the issue. They installed a router in the room but it did not make any difference. The shower window was also leaking badly. We would get puddles of water under the toilet every time we would take a shower. Fitness Center equipment was in really bad shape as well. Parking is extremely limited. Five or six spots. If you can’t find one, you have to park on the street. Oh, and be prepared to pay $15,000 pesos for a bottle of water. They will not offer anything else. Disappointed! Not staying at this hotel again.

El servicio estuvo magnífico, no obstante… dos veces fui a comer y no me pudieron servir comida. Solo hay un restaurante en el hotel. No hay cafetera, vasos o hielera en los cuartos, lo que te obliga a pedir el agua y café del hotel. No había un espacio para estar además de los 3 muebles del vestíbulo. El hotel, está genial para solo ir a dormir. Repito, servicio y limpieza excelente.
