Efficiency with a smile…

This was a budget stopover. Room was functional but hot. We also got bitten to death by mosquitoes during the night. Shower was great and breakfast good. Staff lovely. Mosquitoes were a big negative though.

Very basic...why it is Budget. its a room with a shower stall and a WC. The small sink is in the bedroom. Bed was good and slept well.

This hotel was a perfect place to stay. I had a car so It was no problem being away from the noise of the town.

Stayed here a few times before. Clean and comfortable, nice breakfast. Separate bathroom and shower which is good. Lots of parking.

We discovered the property shuts down during the day until 5 pm. This was a huge problem because I realized I'd left my purse in the room. When we went back, it was closed. I pushed the emergency contact button and a very rude person told me to come back at 5 and then hung up on me. Fortunately a cleaning lady found my purse and reported it through Orbitz (that I'd booked through) and left a phone number to get a hold of her. I was able to retrieve my purse and thanked her profusely.

Average hotel. We were greeted by a very unfriendly lady at our arrival on 28 Jul 21. She said that she was the boss and that she ruled her place with an inflexible iron fist during this latest COVID period of "D" variant. Thank god, we never saw this woman again. The other staff that we met the next few days were nice and friendly. By the rate, you should not expect much. Satisfactory room (not comfortable bed); very tiny. The Breakfast is very basic and does not provide much choice or variety. It's a satisfactory hotel if you use it to sleep and rest only.

Booked this hotel moments before we left the EuroTunnel at 1800. Was driving so didn't check my emails only to find out on arrival that we needed a specific Ibis check in code to use the check in machine on arrival. I found this information out at 2330 when we arrived. The kicker was this information came from an Ibis email they had sent me to say if I am arriving after 2100 I needed to call them to get the code... wouldn't it make sense if you are sending an email to send the code in the email and totally avoid needing a phone call? Tried to book a new room but they were booked so can't say what it's like inside.

Actually had breakdown down with my motor bike so arrived later than planned and kitchen had finished but after a word from reception they did do me a nice steamed fish ( result )

La chambre était en bon état mais l’alaise du matelas est en genre de plastique donc ça fait glisser la housse. De plus, impossible de contacter l’hôtel sans devoir payer l’appel à la minute, c’est inadmissible.
