First time staying here, clean, friendly staff, cold AC (unfortunately the location is right under the bed), got toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, the sink water is spread (not like it) there is a tap for ablution (great), the flush button in the toilet is a bit problematic so the water keeps coming out (noisy), mineral water (can be refilled) unfortunately hot and cold water is only available on the 2nd floor near the reception, no coffee, tea, sugar (maybe one of the reasons is because this is called budget), motorbike parking is friendly because it has a roof, some cars have roofs, some don't. Overall quite pleasant.

We stayed for 3 nights in a triple bed room during the Eid holiday, the room was clean, cleaned every day, there were 3 towels, 3 hotel slippers, 3 toothbrushes, only the soap was not refilled, there was a bath mat, there was a water heater, mineral water was provided, the AC was cold, the wifi was smooth, the parking area was limited but the valet service was helpful, overall it was okay to stay at Ibis Budget Surabaya

The hotel staff was very friendly, and it was cute that the hotel had bolsters. The mattress was comfortable and the pillows were soft, and for under 300,000 Rupiah, it was a great deal. Unfortunately, the restaurant on the second floor isn't recommended; fortunately, Gojek food is all nearby.
