Had a lovely stay here, staff are friendly and very helpful, the hotel and individual rooms are of a good standard and style, and kept very clean, and daily breakfast was good and plentiful. Overall this has been a great visit and stay in a really nice hotel so would definitely recommend especially due to staff and location. Thanks to the whole team. Only downside for myself is the street noise, as much as the sound of the city is great with the hussle and bustle which creates a fantastic atmosphere mixed with all the music, this is only nice for a couple of nights. Music from across the street club is on till 3am, there are regular party buses passing and cars beeping, however this is expected and previous reviews highlight this. If not for you, and we will look to book on our next trip to stay here but will request a quieter room away from the street.

Location for Old Town is great. Beds are uncomfortable and stairway to mezzanine is creaky and unsafe. Put together by amateurs. People were nice but no real service. Loved the area and the size of the room with kitchenette but wouldn't stay again. Hard to sleep with all the noise and lousy bed.

Soy Local was a great home base for exploring. Just a short walk to both the Walled City and Getsemaní, making it easy to wander out for dinner, drinks, or sightseeing and stroll back whenever we pleased.

Receptionist with curly was incredibly rude. The place had a really bad smell that wouldn’t go away. Felt extremely unsafe here random people were knocking on our door at night and the staff did nothing about it and we couldn’t sleep because of it . Also made us pay extra upon arrival. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Do not stay here.
