The hotel is located near Old Quarter. Rooms are quite clean and the owner is so helpful.

I booked the wrong date, but the hotel was very helpful in changing it, even though it was a holiday.

The room didn't look like the pictures; the electrical outlets were broken, the room was small and cramped, inconvenient for my daughter to do her makeup because there was no mirror in the room, so she had to go back and forth to use the mirror in the toilet.

The superior room is on the 3rd floor without any window, so it makes the environment not good. In addition, it takes a long time to get hot water for taking a shower. There is a cockroach. However, the hotel is near the center of Hanoi that helps me easily travel around

The hot water in the room was unstable, burning hot even though I had set it to almost cold. The towels were old and didn't look clean. The bed made me itchy. The room was poorly soundproofed. The male staff was not enthusiastic. I had a big suitcase and a lot of luggage but they didn't help me. The only good point is that it's close to the center.
