Staff on reception will need more compromise on the attention of guests. Service received it was low quality.

Staff slow and the service is pretty bad. We boomed a two beds room and we got a double one with a sofa white we had to make by ourselves. As we didn’t pay for it

Typical ibis good for night stop. Helpful staff and good parking. Restaurant offered limited food options and the food wasn’t that great. Overall happy with what we paid.

IMO, the best place to stay in Apartado

Is in a safe location, convenient for dinning and shopping.

El hotel es realmente bueno, la gente muy amable, solicité un favor en recepción ya que regreso en 15 días y necesitaba dejar en depósito unas cosas, fueron muy atentos y mi necesidad resuelta. Volveré sin duda siempre a este hotel.

The rooms are small but comfortable. Staff were helpful

Hotel overall was pretty good, good size room for an Ibis, friendly staff. The only negative comment, and I know it is because of the Covid situation, the line for breakfast is really slow they should have more people in the restaurant, one day it took about 25 min in line to get my buffet breakfast. I called the reception to let them know my desk light was not working, they did nothing to fix it.

Hotel is nice and clean, beds are to hard in my opinion. The restaurant food is good, but they take for ever to serve. Great breakfast, very goog wifi.

Agradable y cómodo

The hotel is like every Ibis around the world. However I found beds a bit bigger. The only disappointing moment was with the girl at the reception counter, she was not helpful at all. She told me that without my passport I cant stay at the hotel. Ive always shown my ID from my country (accepted in the Andean Community). After 20 minutes, when I was about to leave the hotel, the manager came and solved the issue immediately.

Very nice Hotel, the equipment is very nice and new, my only complain is how hard the beds are!!! to be honest who ever chose those mattress must sleep in a bed of rocks!! I liked the breakfast, very good and tasty!!

Personal muy amable, considerado. Instalaciones en muy buen estado. El desayuno es básico pero agradable.

La habitación muy limpia y cómoda, pero nos hizo falta una nevera pequeña para enfriar las bebidas ya que en esa ciudad hace mucho calor y es indispensable tener hidratación fría.
