This cruise was average

The cruise was above average in terms of staff, rooms, organization. My only fault for the cruise was over cooked sea foods, mostly chewy chicken and roast beef. There was plenty of food that helped to compensate for the other over cooked stuff.

The staff were excellent and very accommodating throughout the stay, in particular with our allergen requirements (gluten). The transfer process was easy to arrange but be aware that a member of staff will contact you via WhatsApp so you’ll need internet access a day or two beforehand. The room we had was spectacular and very clean. All round a great experience and would highly recommend.

The staff are fabulous. They always had a smile and couldn't be friendlier.

The trip to the island was a wasted day. No real purpose to the trip.

We did the 3 day 2 night cruise and the extra day allows for a better experience of Ha Long bay with the activities provided by Peony. The staff on the cruise are very welcoming and provide a professional service, Candy who was our waitress for all our meals was exceptional. A special mention also to Elvis who organised most events and provided some local history information during the activities. We are happy we went with Peony Cruises

Staff and crew could not do enough for us. Attentive at all times. Really good experience and interesting trips out.

The cruise staff and property were great. The overwhelming smell of Diesal from the tenders and shop was over the top.

Lovely 1 night stay on Peony Cruises in Ha long Bay. Staff was fantastic, room was spotless and quite lovely with excellent surrounding views of the water and some thoughtful touches. Only bummer was that the engine broke on the second day so we couldn't go to the caves, but it was no ones fault and an excuse to kayak again. for our dinner service, while I appreciate that they tried to make it fancy (and it was lovely!),they can probably just do a buffet similar to lunch and breakfast and I think guests will be happier.

Great boat, great tour, great food. We had such a good time we didn't want to leave.

Amazing from start to finish. Can't fault the entire experience. Really appreciated how we were constantly told what was hap p ening when and where even during the transfers.

Fantastic cruise! Stunning ship: beautiful, spacious, clean cabin with very comfortable bed. Delicious food and cocktails, polite and friendly staff, our host David and the staff were a little too attentive sometimes (eg I was asked 5 times if I slept well)

Brand new boat and really well outfitted - will likely be in great condition for at least the next year. The experience (1 night 2 days) feels pretty rushed and quite a bit of the time is wasted as a result of poorly planned and managed processes

The service and food is excellent. We were served with 4 course fine dining for dinner and yummy oyster for lunch. I find the sightseeing places are less interesting but it's fine for us as we just want a relax trip

Tres bonne experience, le lieu est magnifique et la prestation trés trés correcte. Les repas et le personnel parfaits. Deux nuits minimum par contre, car avec le transfère une soirée passe tres vite.

Esperienza unica, appena arrivati al Lot 34 hanno ritirato i nostri bagagli (ce li hanno fatto trovare fuori la porta della nostra stanza) ed abbiamo effettuato il check in con drink di benvenuto. Dopodiché siamo stati trasportati da una piccola imbarcazione alla nave, dove siamo stati accolto in maniera unica dal personale. Stanza bella con balconcino esterno e vasca da bagno. Cucina eccellente. Da ritornare

Von Transfer bis zum Schiff und den Tagesausflügen alles top geplant. Das Personal ist super hilfsbereit, nett und aufmerksam. Sonderwünsche beim Essen werden super umgesetzt und die Natur ist ein Traum. Die Musik an der Bar ist angenehm und die Zimmer sind in einem super Zustand. Ein Trip zum Staunen und sich verwöhnen lassen.

Rigtig dejlig kahyt, meget smilende og hjælpsomme crewmedlemmer, dejlig mad og en rigtig fin sejltur. Drikkevarer er dyre, hvilket vi havde forventet, men jeg synes personligt de skulle sætte priserne her ned og sælge lidt mere i stedet.
