The worst option

Be wary of bed bugs! I read reviews about bed bugs so the first thing I did upon entering the room was lift the mattress only to find live bed bugs - yikes. This hotel carpets are spoiled and stained with many smells. It’s located on top of a strip club. The hotel reeks of smoke, weed and alcohol. I tried bringing the bed bug issue with the hotel manager but all he seemed to offer was a “larger room”. Like no, if this room has bed bugs, I’m sure they all do. The size of the room doesn’t matter.

We stayed 3 nights. The first 2 night were great. The hotel is good for the price. Very close to the train station and restaurants. However, our room was above a club and our last night was a Saturday which caused us to stay up till 4 due to the noise. Overall I would say it’s a great place to stay on weekdays.

We did not receive a very warm welcome and the reception is on first floor and the elevator was not operating after 6pm so had to carry bag up stairs.

Centrally located, with eating places, shopping malls and easy access to transportation. People drinking over the weekend around the area can be a bit rowdy

Very tired. Not properly clean. Could only use the lift down and reception is on first floor. Reception kept closing and was only advertised as open for short hours to start with. Were unable to book me a taxi in the morning. Worst hotel I've stayed at in years.

Hotel in the middle of a shopping mall in 2 floor of the building. Supermarket cross the street. U bahn 2 blocks, about 30 minutes from Berlin down town. Parking cost 6 euro day, same building. Need to improve TV, only german channels

Well located, clean, good service.

The room was smaller than i thought. The hotel office/lobby area closes early so if a new guest is not there on time, he/she might get into trouble. overall it is a fair place.

This is my third stay at this hotel, Always clean always tidy, breakfast get down early or things run out but always willing to make more. The lift goes off at 8pm till 8am but we were seldom out after 7.30pm. Really close to the U5, bus routes and tram routes. Great selection of bars that serve food downstairs, pharmacy a short walk away, domino pizza a short walk away and cut through the mall and cross the road to a market hall with a Real supermarket inside. Close to Gardens of the world, a stunning place to visit. Easy access to the river Spree for boat trips and paddle boats, canoes, kayaks, speedboats and other leisure boats. There is a lot to see or easy access on the U5 like Alexander Platz, There is Hertz car hire 3 minute walk from the hotel. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful on getting about and any other things like giving you a fan in your room when it is too hot.

The location was outside of Berlin... which was nice and local restaurants and markets close by ... the train was very quick ride to center of Berlin... when I arrived, we did not have a double bed which I had requested... the bathroom was dirty with mold on the tile floor... fridge didn’t work and there was bugs in the bed ... I documented with taking pictures and video taped bug scurrying across bed sheets... the staff were arrogant and rude when I requested a double bed ... I would never stay at this hotel ever again...

It is a confortable hotel, very good price and it is located just 5 minutes from the train station which takes you to Alexanderatz just in about 25-30 minutes. From Alexanderplatz you are near to everything

Alittle out the way from from central Berlin but public transport is perfect. We just needed a base this was great and room spotless and staff couldnt do enough for us. Would stay again.

Drunks beating on doors in the middle of the night. No staff around to watch over guests.

It was a good service overall and worth the money to go to Berlin

Im Zimmer waren aufgegessene Katzenfutter Dosen hinter dem Sofa

Von aussen sieht das Hotel ganz OK aus. Jedoch muss man etwas suchen um den Eingang zu finden. Auch ist der Fahrstuhl aussen noch falsch angeschrieben (1. Stock, obwohl die Reception neu im 2. Stock liegt, dass war dann im Fahrstuhl ersichtlich). Die Reception wirkt improvisiert und der Flur hätte dringend eine Komplettsanierung notwendig. Zimmer sind OK, jedoch wäre ein Fernseher heutzutage standard - dieser fehlte leider. Die Zimmer sind auf den Innenhof gerichtet, in welchem bis früh Morgens dauernd Betrieb herrscht. Täglicher Zimmerservice? Gibt es hier wohl nicht.

Es ist halt vom Preis her günstig. Das ist das einzig positive, das ich sagen kann. Die Lage ist für meine Zwecke auch gut. Ansonsten sind die Zimmer nicht besonders sauber & die Möbel kaputt. Ich hatte mit einem Abstand von ca. 4 Wochen zwei mal das gleich Zimmer & der Stuhl, den ich beim ersten Besuch reparieren musste, war immer noch kaputt in diesem Zimmer. Das Personal bemüht sich, ist aber auch nicht immer anzutreffen. Wenn es sich umgehen lässt, würde ich nicht noch mal hier übernachten.

Ich hätte lieber ein Zimmer in einer höheren Etage gehabt. Mein Zimmer lag direkt neben einem Familienzimmer, wo die ganze Zeit Lärm war
