Unable to try breakfast secondary to early departure

Great stay!

Room was clean and well presented. Smallest room I’ve ever stayed in. Could hear the family living upstairs, child running up and down, dragging chairs in the morning. This ‘hotel’ is in a residential building and only occupies 2 floors. Had to use a 7 digit to get onto both floors and to get into the building. No sensor lights working in the stairwell up to the hotel.

Friendly staff,clean room

We like that we could easily find the hotel as a "one street straight line" from the centre of Florence. We walked it both days that we were there.

Loved this hotel! Breakfast was a treat and the staff was very lovely and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable after a long day.

Andrea and staff were superb. We stayed for 6 nights at hotel. The hotel is walkable to historic center and tram station. We would recommend hotel to family and friends.

Great hotel

We had a fantastic stay at 3110 Arthotel. Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was lovely if you can have it outside on the terrazza. Hotel is close to centre of Florence with just a 20 min walk to Galleria dell’Academia do Firenze and 5 more to the Duomo.

We were allocated a fairly small room, There are no hooks on doors or in the bathroom.

The photo’s look better than the reality, but it’s still a nice little hotel within a 30 minute walk of Florence’s historic centre.

We would definitely stay there again

The sisters that work the morning and afternoon shifts are fabulous! The check in was easy and our room was absolutely as expected! Very clean hotel and room. Comfortable with lots of space. The breakfast was wonderful and the little patio to sit at was so peaceful. Would highly recommend this property

Good hotel about 25 mins walk from the centre but close to public transport. Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was decent even if the area was tight on space. Overall a good option for Florence.

Staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and responded to any queries or requests efficiently. We arrived quite late but the hotel had sent extensive instructions on how best to travel from the train station to the hotel as well as how to access the room once we arrived. The breakfast was perfect - it had a range of cereals, pastries etc and a fantastic coffee. It is a 20 minute walk from the centre of Florence. We really enjoyed our stay.

We had a great experience at this hotel. It's close to downtown and has a good breakfast (Italian standard and portions, not as diverse as American!). Big washroom and shower. The only issue was that our room was smelling cigarette and opening windows for 3 days didn't help.
