Location and service are quite good because it near train station. However, bed so hard and bed room not comfortable as photo on booking.

Rooms are clean and comfortable. Your boss is so horrible, enthusiastic and cute, breakfast is good, attentive service feels like home ^^ Definitely come back here when there is a chance!

The host and staff of Tre Hostel were super friendly, in detail, they called to confirm when I had just booked accommodation and in check in date for my status and kindly supported when I stayed here. However, the facilities were not good as I expected (totally different from the pictures I saw in app). Flat sheet and blanket in two rooms were quite old, I asked them for change another ones. Furthermore, the location was not inconvenient, although near old quarter but we need to pass a highway to get there.

I had a nice trip with this home. Staffs're nice and friendly. We have a traditional breakfast of Hanoi. They're very delicious. Speacially, I think this homestay's enviromental using bamboo.

Clean hotel, friendly staff, friendly people, reasonable price

Staff are cute, enthusiastic, polite. Delicious breakfast. Well located. However, I booked a double bed, a room with a separate toilet, a TV, a closet ... As shown. The staff called me to report that the room was broken, so I could go through the second room and the staff would put me back together, I asked if the room was like or not, the male call me just different from the bed. So my room received another 100% compared to my room and it was also damaged, I stayed for 3 nights but I could use the air conditioner on the 3rd night, the toilet was outside, the toilet door was not locked. As for the room I should have stayed at the harmonic newspaper, the two of you were staying in the west. Since I have an app with a promotion, I am not in the comfort room or am I a Vietnamese guest who was treated like that? And on the second day the hot water machine broke down while I was bathing, there was no hot water (before the magazine, she had to use the toilet to clean the room for the other two westerners). Really very disappointed about the service here. Only 2 female staff members are very gentle and enthusiastic with the cute baby cat and baby puppy making the mood less uncomfortable. Although I really liked the room I had booked, but I couldn't stay because I let the two westerners stay, so I wouldn't come back.

Poor service quality, dirty rooms, employees with disrespectful attitude towards customers. Fee for silly service. Lack of professionalism.
