The front staff were beneficial and accommodating. The cleaning staff and breakfast were good. The hotel was situated in a prime location, offering easy access to shopping, restaurants, transportation, museums, and tourist attractions.

Great location close to Grand Via and the metro. Our room was extremely clean and comfortable, and although there were lots of activities going on in nearby areas, the hotel was extremely quiet. Would definitely stay again!

Book it!! Perfect location and walkable to everything. Several restaurants right outside. The rooms are clean and spacious considering. The staff was friendly and helpful to arrange taxi to airport.

The only thing I did not like was the AC system. I did not sleep comfortable due to lack of cooling capacity from the AC. Even with a fan, I was sweeting all night every night. Everything else was very good.

A little noisy until we found they had shutters on the windows that could be closed. Then all was ok. Great location.

The common areas were in poor condition, scruffy and dirty. The finish was not good and the fittings were mostly of low quality. The street outside was dirty with rubbish bins 10m from the door. Equipment in the fitness room was broken and the floor was dirty. The whole thing had a feel of being done on the cheap. Good points: The bed linen and bathroom were clean. The staff were friendly enough. I left early to an alternative place. Not a good experience.

We had a lovely stay—a small but comfortable hotel in a nice neighborhood away from the crowds. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was a decent size, very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was very modern, and the amenities were of a higher quality and greater variety. Air conditioning worked well in the midst of a hot few days. The room features a fridge and a safe. We had breakfast, which had a lot of options. The surrounding area was undergoing street construction, so there was some noise, but not at night. There are several nice restaurants and bars right in the neighborhood and very accessible to the Metro.

Nice little boutique hotel in the middle of Madrid. Friendly staff and small but nicely outfitted rooms. Close to the main attractions of Madrid and restaurants and bars.

We were on the ground level so we couldnt open the windows without people standing outside smoking. Also the bins were sat outside our room and stank. Reception staff was not friendly or helpful. Rooms were nicely renovated and beds were comfortable it was a nice area but i think the ground level was just a terrible level to be on. In the photos the two rooms we had were on both corners on the street level.

Nice small hotel in a central location

This hotel is a great place to stay for your first visit in Madrid. The rooms are a nice size, beds are super comfortable and the staff are so friends and kind.

Excellent location, and also maintained to a very good standards - the rooms and the common areas were clean, vibrant and modern.

Our stay was great, so much so that we’ve already rebooked another stay. The location is brilliant. Nestled in between Gran Via and Calle Arsenal for the shoppers and the shortest walk to Plaza Mayor and Mercado San Miguel and too many restaurants and cafes to count! Room had a soft queen bed, and a large bathroom, and very nice, polite and helpful staff.

Area was not prettiest and noisy room.
