I was hoping to have access to kitchen supplies, like forks and plates. Also it’s a bit unfair to place bottles of wine and beer in the fridge, but not mark it’s price, pretending it’s free to make money of guests is not ok.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Ghent and at the Rose B and B. The breakfast was great and the rooms were clean. Rose was so helpful with directions. It is outside of Ghent so travel time to the city center is at least 30 minutes with some walking involved.

Owner was very kind. Brought us tea and made us feel very welcome. The bed was comfortable and the room large. A nice guest house in a quiet neighborhood.

The property was very beautiful and serene.

Our host was amazing. Definitely enjoyed the stay.

Outstanding place to stay. It is a beautiful house with the local Belgium style I loved. The staff was wonderful, helpful, friendly and comprehensive. I will definitely come back in the future and fully recommend it.

Was asked by email what time would arrive told would be early got no answer on arrival at approx 9am could get no reply was all locked up and looked deserted not impressed!!! Had to book another hotel which was excellent.?

Very friendly and traditional building. Practical and ultra convenient when travelling across Europe. I paid for a single room which was cozy with great tv entertainment and a well-stocked mini bar if needed. Shower/Toilet facilities where very clean. Breakfast was offered but I had too leave early.

Very clean, very friendly staff, Super breakfast for only 15 Euros, top locations ( close to tram stop and train station and highway). Perfect for a night or two with family or as a business traveller.

I highly recommend this place. great location and super clean with really friendly hosts. It was a very good place with such a big backyard. Its a nice place to chill and relax. let me also mention the free BBQ i had in this place.I travel a lot and never been to a place with this level of hospitality, so it was a unique experience. I would definitely come back again.

The stay was cosy and comfortable. David and family were very warm and friendly and we were treated like part of the family. This place has the best breakfast in Belgium! Soft breads and Chocochino! Highly recommended. Thanks to David for an awesome experience.

Kamer netjes maar onaangenaam koud toen wij arriveerden. Ontvangst wel vriendelijk. Wih dachten dat se kamer inclusief ontbijt was. De buitenkant van de locatie had groot obderhiud nodig.

Prima kamer en faciliteiten. Alles netjes en schoon. Kom graag nog een keer.

Wir waren auf einem Kurztrip in Gent. Uns hat neben dem wirklich beeindruckendem Haus auch gut gefallen, dass wir unser Auto und unsere Räder dort sicher abstellen konnten.

La salle de douche et le WC sont communs pour toutes les chambres. Les déjeuners sont payants, la piscine est hors service et le bruit de l'autoroute est problématique pour le sommeil. Prix demandé exorbitant pour la qualité. En positif, belle restauration de la demeure qui garde le style premier dans un quartier résidentiel, établissement très propre et déjeuners copieux et variés.
