Lovely clean and fairly modern hotel in a perfect location next to the sea with white sandy beaches. Everything was just perfect!

We will definitely stay at the Sola Strand again when we fly in / out of Stavanger to see family. Great location between the North Sea and the airport.

Nice hotel with clean and quiet room. Great breakfast. Staff are friendly. Only downside is that hallway carpet is a bit soiled.

Decent place. Super convenient to the airport. Some of the outdoor areas seem a little unkept. Breakfast was pretty good. Buffet is a little pricey, but the food was great (although it did seem like they were running out at the end of the 6p seating we were at). Desk staff was GREAT.

This was a lovely hotel! Right on the beach. Very friendly people. Hotel great, amazing buffet breakfast included. I would highly recommend it.

The room was dated and quite small. No water pressure in the shower. Had dinner there, which was excellent.

The location of this hotel by the beach is lovely, but my room was unpleasantly hot with no way to adjust the temperature. The bed was hard and the pillows were soft and compressed as soon as one lay on them, resulting in neck and shoulder pains. I got very little sleep, and ended up leaving the hotel after one night and moving elsewhere.

The worst experience

Beautiful location, clean, comfortable, good price. Looking forward to staying there again.

The breakfast was great. We found out later at the spa that we should have been given slippers and robe for spa at reception. We could hear people walking by in the hallway. Walking outside and the view of the sea was so pretty. Such an amazing breakfast!

Perfect sanctuary

Absolutely lovely spot! Walking along the beautiful beachside was a real treat. Ate in the a la carte restaurant, great food, huge portions, had to have a take away box! Bed comfortable and room spacious.

Hotellet var helt greit, men jeg ble litt skuffet. Det er veldig lytt mellom rommene og etasjene, så du hører mye av det som skjer rundt deg. I tillegg ligger hotellet rett ved helikoptertrafikken til Nordsjøen, så det er støy fra rundt kl. 07 om morgenen og helt til sent på kvelden. Vi hadde et deluxe-rom med sjøutsikt, men det var altfor varmt (ca. 25–26 grader). Vi prøvde å få hjelp i resepsjonen, men de sa at temperaturen ikke kunne justeres på vårt rom, og at det kun var mulig på noen av rommene. Det synes jeg var en merkelig løsning. Alt i alt er dette et helt ok hotell, men prisen per natt er etter min mening for høy i forhold til standarden. Frokosten var også ganske ordinær og levde ikke opp til forventningene.
