It took me almost one hour to get the key. They even lied to us saying the hotel air cond having a problem but at the end they said they were overbooked! The hotel room was bad. Even the bedsheets are dirty. During check out, when we returned the key, they asked us to wait so they can check the room. I just gave them a “nice” stare and they returned me the deposit: my worst experience ever
