Great location . Picked it to be easy walking distance to princess theatre. Parking available. Great host. Lovely and clean. Big room. Superb breakfast. Nice and quiet. Beds comfy. Would recommend .

Absolutely no good if have any mobile issues, lots of stairs to entrance and then depends which room you are in then more stairs. Lovely family running this and very close to marina and pubs, cares etc. Excellent bus service. Parking is not on site.

Clean tidy room, owner very attentive, balcony room which was excellent, also included a large fan, as the week was hot. Breakfast was good Would definitely stay again

This is a fantastic b&b the rooms were super clean the breakfast was yummy and it's a really short walk into the town. The hosts were really friendly and nothing was too.much trouble . I will definitely stop here again

Staff ..ist class..location excellent..as the hotel is on a slight hill.just take your time walking from the harbour side..if u are struggling to walk asked the owner if u can have a lower floor.nothing is to much for him..very helpful..I would stay again.Note the 22 bus from Paignton stops right outside the hotel..

The staff were very friendly, and the stay was pleasant. It was easier in that the town was very close, and the harvester was only a 10 mins walk away.

This is a lovely hotel which is run by a very welcoming and friendly couple, and within close walking distance of the harbour and limited free parking is available too. Nice breakfast too, with plenty of choices available. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we will definitely be returning again in the future.
